200mg Perfect for After Breakfast, and After dinner!
This is one of the few CoQ10 products offered in 200mg. I prefer to split my intake of 400mg daily, so 200mg is perfect for after breakfast and another 200mg later for after dinner. The product is good quality at a reasonable price.

Easy to take
My doctor has me on a statin and she recommended that I take a CoQ10 supplement. I tried this brand because the quantity is perfect for the price . I find it easy to take , no smell . There's bad taste. I do not feel any side effects ,no sickness or uneasiness . Lately I've felt a bit of an energy boost too. I will be ordering this again.

These are good quality with enough softgels to last quite a while. These give great results and boosts your energy. They should be taken with fat (cottage cheese, Greek Yogurt, fatty fish or beef).
