Excellent
It is a good product. It improves your energy level throughout the day and at night it gives a good night sleep. While consuming these capsules do cut down on sugar you can definitely see a weight loss of about 5 kgs a month but if you consume sugar it maintains the body weight as is and helps in reducing the bloating and gastric issues. I would definitely recommend this product by health veda. I have also tried other vitamin and diabetic capsules by health veda they are very effective too.

Very good supplement
This supplement helped me to sustain my cutting phase without losing any muscle mass and helped me to lose the extra fat which I had and helped me to get shredded.
