yes but the one i ordered from them was messed up because of the way it was packaged . guy told me thats the way they send all of them so i would buy from someone else.

No, it comes primed black so that you can paint it whatever color you need. A lot of replacement bumpers don’t come in the color you need lucky enough this one comes primed so it’s a step closer to being the color you need

Is this bumper folded for shipping?

Yes. Folded on both ends. I used a hair dryer on high to quicken the unfolding. Unfolded but had several scrapes throughout. And a very noticeable scratch. It looks like a return they in turn sold to me. I needed to install quickly so I couldn’t return it.
