I had difficulty fitting my first OPRO mouthguard--it did not even come close to staying in place. But they promptly sent another one at no charge with some additional tips and tricks for fitting, and it was no problem! Here are their additional tips and tricks: - We would recommend remoulding using freshly boiled water and trying to prevent the mouthguard cooling too much before moulding by shaking off the excess water as quickly as possible. - The warmer the mouthguard is (without overheating it!) the easier it should be to mould it to the shape of your mouth and the more retentive it should be. -As well as pressing firmly through the gums to mould the outer edges, you can also try closing your lips together and sucking quite hard to force your tongue into the roof of your mouth – this should help mould the inner edges. Hopefully that helps someone!

This is a well build guard. Having the case is a good touch to keep it clean. Be careful with the heating in water instructions. Do not get it too hot otherwise the installation will be tricky. Price is pretty decent as well. Don't really care for having the logo on the front. Kid uses it for BJJ.. She doesn't like the fact it says UFC. But that is not a ding on the quality of the product. :-)
