I just got this today, ordered only a few days ago, opened it an thought it looks beautiful the color and very well made I thought it wouldn't fit but I got it on and I had an instant hour glass figure! It is tight.. so I will be wearig it for a couple hours a day for starting.. it does enhance your boobs which is nice as well. this is a must have! I am 5'1 and gained a few extra pounds to ensure weight loss and tightness I got the purple one in a size small. it is very tight if you want to be more comfortable would say get a medium I am around 125 pounds fyi.

I bought this waist trainer as part of my gym regimen, hoping to obtain an hourglass figure in a time span of 1 - 3 months. I have worn it for two days now and I absolutely LOVE IT! I am definitely the type of person to read prior reviews before making a definite purchase. There was two specific review that stood out to me, one that stated that you should go a size up and another that says it fits her perfectly! When I initially put it on, I thought it wasn't going to buckle up, but after struggling for 5 mins, it was the perfect fit! So I would say if you don't have a huge waist and you can suck your stomach in for 5 minutes, then order as you would to fit your measurements. If you can't, definitely get a size up. As stated, I only wore this for two days, but each day wearing for at least 5 hours. (It is recommended to wear only an hour a day, but definitely listen to what your body is saying.) If your body feels like it can't breathe or it's too tight, wear an hour a day and slowly increase, otherwise, it is an amazing product.

Love this workout waist trainer. I purchased a 2xL on February 22,2017 I started at the 3rd hook today is March 2,2017 I am now on the 1st hook it's amazing my waist is smaller, my stomach feels tighter,back is no longer in pain and I have gained more endurance during my workouts. I must say the very 1st few days I had to lay on the bed to put the trainer on my husband helped me now I can put it on standing with no problem. I will be ordering a smaller once I loss more inches great waist trainer

This is my second time buying this product from this seller. Same size and all, just different designs and colors. It fits great, and comfortable. I wore the last one so much that some of the material started to tear, but it's still in good tact and form. I purchased two this time, so I can change between the colors. I may purchase more later if they still sell them in my size and different designs.

Tight, which is the point. I probably should have gotten the petite one-- I'm short waisted and it comes up to right under my bra. Which gives me a roll between bra and shaper, meaning I can't wear it under a tight shirt. I would have liked something strictly for my waist but I had a hard time finding it.

Ok so I've never tried waist training before but my cousin had bought this same one and gave it rave reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. I was hesitant because of the low price but it has more than exceeded my expectations! I bought a medium (I'm 5'4 and 150 lbs) and it's a perfect fit. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to waist train!

I already need a smaller size. I've had this product for 2 weeks and I'm on the 2nd row already. I also exercise 5-6 times a week and eat really clean, so I know that all contributes to my smaller size. My Stomach is NOTICEABLY flatter.
