Loved it.
Perfect, exactly what I was looking for. It is comfortable, pretty, and a good size. Only had to remove it from the box and it inflated on it's own, very easy to set up.

Very cheaply made. So so disappointed.
Look at the pillows for starters. Do they look nice and fluffy and this is five days after I unwrapped it. There are other locations where it did not fully expand like the front right as you can see in my picture. Very, very, very disappointed, I would not suggest anyone to purchase this item but I guess it’s how the old saying goes. You get what you pay for. Luckily it’s just for my spare room for when my grandkids come over.

Exactly what I needed
Exactly what I was looking for, a little pricey but a quality product. I have a little man cave music/gaming room that I like to sleep in occasionally but also needed a place for friends to sit when I have company over and this accomplishes both perfectly. It is very firm, almost a little too firm to sleep on every night maybe, but the firmness makes the couch function exceptional. When 2 people are sitting on the couch they're not falling into each other as they would if the cushion was less firm. I'd absolutely purchase again and I'm already regretting not buying the biggest size, however I have the full size and it's already pretty darn heavy so the queen size may be a little hard to maneuver.

Great customer service
Update: Their customer service is fantastic. After sending them pictures of the broken zippers, they offered to send me a replacement cover at no charge. All the zippers broke on the couch cover within a couple months. The zippers came off the tracks completely. They do not have replacement covers available for purchase, so now we've wasted almost $300 since the couch is now unusable.
