I have been really happy with the C4 Energy Frozen Bombsicle flavor. The flavor is solid, refreshing, and easy to drink, especially compared with some energy drinks that taste overly sweet or artificial. Since it is zero sugar, it does not have that heavy syrupy taste, and I also did not notice the weird funky aftertaste that some other energy drink brands can have. It tastes clean and crisp overall. The energy boost has been good for me as well. It kicks in fairly quickly and helps me feel more focused and energized without making me feel overly jittery. I usually drink one before work or before a workout, and it gives me the kind of push I want without feeling too harsh. The carbonation is nice too, because it makes it feel more refreshing than a flat pre-workout drink. The 24-pack is a little pricey, but I think it is worth it if you already know you like the flavor and drink energy drinks regularly. I’ve been drinking the C4 Energy Carbonated Zero Sugar Energy Drink and it’s been really good overall. C4 energy drinks are one of the best tasting options out there and one of few brands that don’t come with that funky after-taste that so many other brands commonly have. In fact it may sound odd but I enjoy the after-taste of the Frozen Bombsicle flavor, and I can’t say that about many energy drinks . Even my wife really enjoys this one and she is very iffy on energy drinks, due mainly to the common aftertaste! I also find it nice that this brand has some healthy additives, ZERO - SUGAR, is both refreshing and hydrating, with just the right amount of carbonation and provides a quick energy boost without causing over- jitteriness or any sudden energy crashes , if any at all . I have a sensitive stomach and a much appreciated plus is that it doesn’t cause any upset there , perhaps because of its lack of dyes and colors , which also is something to appreciate if you have kids that drink these or adults (like myself) who are prone to spilling, no colored dye means no stains on the carpet or floor ! 🙂 Basically you just can’t go wrong with this one as long as you like that blue raspberry flavor , if for some reason you are seeking that nasty , funky aftertaste look elsewhere, cause you won’t find that with these . 😉
