I dont usually write reviews but this works! I am ordering my 3rd round. When I am using and working out the way I should I see Tremendous results! When I am not working out the way I should I notice it dont gain weight just kind of stay the same. The only side effect for me personally is I have to constantly chew gum of have a mint handy.

The liporush makes me feel anxious and stomach hurts I also get headaches from it I tried it for a week straight don't like it at all
