Excellent buy! Works like a charm, and I didn't have to replace my pots and pans. (Was a little worried about that... Recommend magnetic metals)... Easy to wipe down. Nice, even heat, and control on the knob is easy. Different settings for bbq, simmering and frying. Very pleased with this purchase!! Cooked up a nice farmers breakfast this morning. It did a perfect job! 👍 😁

First off, this is built well and all the functions and controls work as expected. It heats up very fast. Keep in mind, this is not an induction stove, so the glass above the burner will get scorching hot. I put a ceramic pot on the burner and it got the water to a rapid boil in just a few minutes. The fan comes on when it it running, but it is not very loud. My only complaint is no matter what setting I selected, the most the burner would draw it 1400 watts out of my outlet. I tried two different clamp meters and two different circuits in my home. They both gave the same 1400w reading. So only for that reason I took one star off. Other then that, it works great and I am very happy with it.

This glass electric burner is wonderful. You can adjust the wattages and degrees for burner. Perfect! I'm happy with product and price.

Works well. I’ve been using it for 4 months now as my only stove for cooking everything meat, lentils, rice etc. its not induction so it works with any flat bottomed metallic pan.

We love the burners easy to maintain, works fast and the cooling fan noise is very low s can hardly hear them.

Heats up quickly, and cooks to perfection. Other "hot plates" don't even bring water to a boil, this cooked taco meat in just a matter of minutes. It is easy to use, push the desired button, I used it on "fry" mode for tacos and as I said it's fast and efficient. We have an electric stove top that is a pain to clean after making something, so we purchased this to save us the hassle, since we don't need a lot of burners to make dinner. I'm super happy with it. I think this would be perfect for a single person renting a room or small apartment too. I'm so glad we did our homework, and shoutout to all of the honest reviewers! The reviews are what helped me make the decision to purchase!

My first surprise is that it comes with the pan that's in the photos. Sure, it says so in the title, but I hadn't noticed. So when I opened the box and the first thing I saw was a pan, I thought the had sent me the wrong item. The pan itself is better than most $20-$30 pans that you find in department stores, but it isn't a premium pan. It is, however, a nice touch if you're giving the induction cooktop to someone who may not already have induction-capable cookware. They can start using the cooktop right away and buy other cookware as they see fit. It also comes with a fridge magnet (mine was a strawberry) that you can use to test if a pan or pot will work on induction cooktops. But if you're like me, you bought this for the cooktop, not for the accessories. Firstly, it operates fairly quietly. My stove hood fan is noisier than this cooktop. I haven't heard any disturbing noises from my cooktop. Yes, you hear an occasional click, but that's a normal sound with electromagnetic equipment, and it isn't very loud or frequent. I use it with Ninja NeverStick Premium cookware. What I say may or may not apply to your cookware. I found that the cookware heats up faster than on my ceramic-top range, and the heat is more uniformly distributed. The sides of the pot or pan get nice and hot, so be careful. It also maintains a steady heat, instead of giving bursts of heat and then none. One small issue, at least for Canadians, is that it only shows temperature in Fahrenheit. I'm old enough to be familiar with both systems, but someone who has known only Celsius may find this irritating. The temperature control is also very coarse. You won't get a precise temperature control. This may bother those who cook by the book, but I'm an intuitive cook, so this doesn't bother me. The unit is very compact, so it's easy to store and move around. The price was reasonable -- I found it reasonable even when I thought it didn't come with the pan -- and they offer a 10% coupon that covers most of the import fees. All in all, if this lasts, it will have been a very nice purchase and I recommend it. But I've had it only for a day. We'll see in 6 months if it continues to perform as well.

If you want a honest review ask a Jamaican to do it. I’ve used this item for almost a week now, everyday and all I can say is that it’s amazing. I almost don’t buy it because “OTHER REVIEWS “ claimed that the fan was loud and annoying. I can tell you it DOES NOT!!!!! The noise from the fan is 49 decibels. Way quieter than a vent fan over a stove. This hot plate heats up quick, it took a pot filled with ice cold water ten minutes to boiling. Really happy with my purchase. I WOULD BUY AGAIN!!!!

OK, wow! I have tried a few hotplates / cooktops and this one really shines! Its fast, easy to control, and does not give any error codes. I will recommend to friends!

Mine is disfunctionnal, it goes at the highest by itself sometimes and my food starts to burn so I always have to watch it close
