So far it works perfectly, and it is a beast of a PC. It also looks good. Recommended.

Before you read through my review let me tell you, this PC is ONLY for gaming using the Steam app. I do not do downloads, visit dodgy websites, or have any strange untrustworthy programs installed. After 2 months of having this Machine with it ONLY working 4 days per week for about 6 to 8 hours of gaming, i started experiencing a very abnormal high disk usage. To the point where the PC is unusable, slow and takes me 30min to do a restart. Ive informed myself and did ALOT of testing, to see if this was a Windows 11 update issue, or any form of software problem. But I've now realised that no matter what I do almost every day I have to waste 30 to 50min of my life restarting this machine, testing, reinstalling and going trough alot of trial and error to find out that WINDOWS WAS INSTALLED WITHOUT SAFE BOOT. Which means that, either this PC has old outdated hardware, or whoever installed Windows on this machine has no brain. My SSD is 2TB and and the PC is 3 months old.. The problem is that you are paying for a 3000£ machine that was put together with the worse and cheapest hardware on the market, combined with little care from whoever installed it. Im still paying for this in installments (until June!!) and here I am, dealing with an already broken a** product. DO NOT BUY THIS, ask a friend or ask for help and build your own PC. This is NOT worth the trouble.

The case fans too loud. One fan's LED isn't working. Also, the graphics card was dislodged. Be sure to inspect it thoroughly before operating it. Money is little expensive. Size is large. Speed is good.

Don’t bother ordered a pc worked for 2 weeks was told they would repair it wasn’t happy with a repair after 2 weeks was talking 30 mins to load for 2,5k pc they finally agreed to send a brand new one after collecting this received replacement a week later and arrived dead no power they claimed they tested it then they said they would repair this the whole process of getting this resolved was like 2 months in the end I got a refund save your time and money and spend the extra £200 pound I bought a pc off ionz perfect came next day doesn’t look cheap and packaged so good cat fault them Customer service wasn’t bad but there company policy once the have your money is a repair waste of time as mentioned pay extra the ionz pc runs great and looks expensive stay away from these cheap pc the motherboard didn’t even sit flush also cheap parts used

Took me a while to figure how it all works but I am a pc gamer noob!! I am running elite dangerous on ultra settings and it barely gets hot... Be aware the WiFi dongle is in the black box u remove to get to the pc plus a dust cover for the top of the pc

The PC itself works no problem, is absolutely gorgeous and is still great price for the spec but I had a few niggling issues with it that caused me to make the decision to return it TLDR in case you don't want to read all the below! Motherboard is on cheaper side with some basic amenities missing, the case fans are loud, the Wi-Fi is a dongle not built in - The motherboard wasn't listed in the specifications anyway so I was unable to properly research it to make sure it had all I wanted. I decided to take the gamble anyway, but when it arrived I realized it was a mini motherboard instead of a full size that only had 1 M.2 slot and no bluetooth built in, bluetooth especially being something I personally would expect to just be a standard when paying £2k. There is also no additional RAM slots so if you were wanting to upgrade past 32GB ram for whatever reason you would need to replace the motherboard - The listing states the PC has wifi capability. Whilst this isn't untrue what they don't mention is that the Wi-Fi is a USB dongle they send to you with the PC and is not built in - I could find no way to control the speed of the case fans. The CPU and GPU fans were picked up buy fan control software/bios no issue but the case fans could not be detected by any software I tried and seemed to always be running at full pelt which caused the noise level to be higher then I personally like.

Do not buy this product! This gaming PC didn't work from the start. It would get to the start up screen and then nothing else would happen and then it would start over again on a loop. Customer help line was poor. Suggested taking it apart and removing the card. We had to take numerous pictures to send them so they could see if anything had been dislodged (which it hadn't) After a few days of trying various things we were told to send it back to them cor repair. We had give 2 days notice for the collection day and told to send pictures at each stage of packaging to prove it was being done properly. Then had to re pack it when we were told it wasn't good enough! We were told it would be collected and we would need to be available for a whole day as they couldn't be specific about the collection time. How many people are able to sit at home all day on a working weekday to wait for collection!? It was collected and after all the messing around we asked for a refund and it was agreed. We had wanted the PC for a specific date, so ended up ordering from a completely different company. The item arrived early, well packaged and in full working order. Don't be sucked into the cheap 'deal' for this PC. Pay a bit more and get something that actually works.
