I think these actually work! They are tiny, easy to swallow. I do believe they are effective, as I notice less digestive discomfort, and issues with bloating when I remember to take these enzymes-even after I’ve already had my full meal. I thought they were affordable.

My gastroenterologist started me on digestive enzymes as part of my treatment four years ago to help me recover from candida. My system was practically not digesting or absorbing any nutrients from the foods that I was eating because of it. These aren't the enzymes that my doctor started me on at first, but I chose this brand because it is a trusted supplement lab by my doctor, the convenience to order online, and the price. I have a sensitivities and reactions to several foods and ingredients but these are gentle and effective for me. I feel no ill side effects or negative changes after switching to these and have been taking them for over a year now. I have been able to eat wheat and corn products as well as a bit of dairy occasionally with less severe side effects. I like these enzymes because they're small, smooth, and easy to swallow. They're half the size of the enzymes that I was taking before and I can keep more capsules in my pill compartment to take with me on the go. I no longer have candida as of 2 years ago. I have much better gut health but I continue to take one enzyme capsule with each meal and a good probiotic daily. It helps to maintain a healthy gut. It really has made a difference because I can now eat practically anything that I wasn't able to eat when I was suffering with candida. It helped rebuild my digestive system and maintain good digestion.

This product is everything the company say it is and more. I love this product and will order it again in the near future for sure.

My mom has been using these for almost a year and they have been amazing for her. They have helped her be able to eat so much more. Her stomach doesn’t bug her as much and she feels like it’s helping her Candida. So I decided to buy them for my daughter. My daughter had the exact opposite reaction. We thought she was going to have to go to emergency her abdomen hurt her so severely. She continued taking them for three days, not realizing that they were the culprit. When she stopped that that horrific pain went away. So I’m giving these 3 stars. For my mom I would give 5. But for my daughter 0.

Notable difference taking these as a person with autoimmune disorders who deals with gut issues constantly. It's just too bad that the price is so high because I would like to keep it in stock all the time. Until I earn more money I just can't use it regularly.

I have only been taking the supplement for a week. Symptoms are gas & irregular bowel. It may be my imagination but things "seem" to have moderated. I will see in a longer time frame.
