Second purchase of these strips from this same brand. The first bottle I bought was a 125 count all together in one bottle and unfortunately I didn't realize how sensitive they were to light/moisture so at least half or more got wasted, went bad after a few months (100% my fault). So this next time when I saw the 3 packs of 50 I thought for me that would be better so I could have just one package opened at a time and help them last longer. I took about 25 strips out of one package and put them in the bottle to keep them fresh. I really love these strips. I use these to help monitor my lower carb diet of around 100 carbs/day. I've found that for my body composition staying under 125 carbs keeps me in ketosis without headaches or miserable food choices. Definitely help me make better choices for the day when I know if my body is burning fat or sugar for fuel. Very easy way to confirm presence of ketones.

I began a keto diet at the beginning of the month and was instructed to buy some keto ironies test strips. Being that I was new to this diet and testing I was unsure of what to buy. I got these because they were indeed the cheapest that I saw. When they got to me, I saw that the container has a QR code on top for an informative little video. The side has a graph that you can match your test to. Ultimately I feel that these work well and would buy again.

Ok for the price, work ok but not as good as other brands I've used. Harder to differentiate the colors and the squares seem splotchy. You get a lot for the price and theyre long so its easy to use. The bottle is huge compared to my previous brand and thats probably due to the extra length. However that makes it hard to take along and be discreet with it. Overall not bad, again you get a lot for the price, but I probably will try another brand next time.

You know that saying about getting things fast, good, and cheap? Well this proves it wrong. If you don't know the saying, people say they want things fast, good, and cheap, but you can only ever have 2 of the 3. These strips are all 3. They were cheap to get, are good (as in accurate), and you get the results almost instantaneously, so they're fast. When I need more, these will be the ones I get.

When these strips were new they worked great for my ketogenic diet. They seemed to accurately reflect when I was in ketosis, but of course I have no lab equipment to valid this claim. I lost weight and that was all the validation I needed. I opened one of two sealed packages and left the unopened package in the dark plastic bottle the strips come in. I stored them in a cabinet in my half bath which is one of the coolest rooms in the house. I opened the second package June 1, 2020 and noticed that just like the unused portion of the first envelope, the strips were discolored. I fully expected the open package to be beyond using because it clearly says on the envelope to use in 60-90 days after opening. The ones that were stored should still have been good though. The MFG date: on the box says 1/10/2019 and the expiration clearly states 1/10/2021. I am very disappointed the the whole second bag of stips was totally useless. It started well, but did not finish well. You decide, if you think you can use 150 strips shortly after purchasing go for it! Otherwise buy a smaller quantity.

First off, they come in 3 small packages which isn’t a bad idea but this is poorly executed. The strips are only about half as long as the nurse brand, which by itself is a bit irritating but even worse the little packets are essentially the exact same size so closing the packs is a complete pain in the backside. But the worst part is that the strips are difficult to read at best- the colors do not match the color gauge on the bottle at all. They turn color but good luck figuring out where you are. And yes, I am in ketosis confirmed by the nurse brand which I also have. The nurse brand changes color in a very precise way the matches the scale, this brand just changes color in a way that doesn’t match anything. Useless. Do yourself a favor buy any other brand!

It’s a little more expensive than others but it works great. My favorite part is that it comes with multiple sealed packages. If you do Keto for too long these strips will stop being an effective way of measuring ketosis. I like these because I normally do Keto for one or two months, and then just eat “healthy” for a few months before torturing my body And mind again with Keto. The sealed packages mean I have another batch of strips to use 6 months down the road.

What I liked the best about the test strips that I bought was that they came in 3 individual zip packages. I think that keeps the product in better condition, thus improving results. This way you aren't opening and touching a bunch of strips in one bottle. Plus, you can put the packages in different bathrooms or on the go. As for accuracy, I don't know for sure if they are accurate because I'm not using them in comparison with any others - but I have seen some movement for me both up the chart and down. I had one test that put me at max ketosis, but I was back down the next day to about the mid-range; however, my husband is seeing different results when he uses them, so it seems to adjust by person and diet. Price was great - can't go wrong with this product.

Works well, great that they have them sealed in groups of 50 to maintain effectiveness of the whole pack.

These work well, however from a ketone measurement standpoint I'm using them alongside blood test strips (and glucose monitoring) to get myself settled into a solid keto diet (ie understanding the right carb level for me, effect of certain sugar free substitutes etc.). Again this is not a negative to these strips as they appear to work just fine, rather an FYI that I've found zero correlation between the blood and urine results. If you need to manage levels strictly eg for diabetic reasons, I recommend getting medical advice before relying on urine strips.

Despite having separate packets inside the cylinder, the unopened pack has failed to work, well before the expiry date. The expiry date is Feb 16/2024 however the fresh pack I opened last week is not working. Each day for 7 days the strip returned a negative result when a different brand I ended up buying was showing that I am in ketosis. The unopened packet was stored correctly out of sunlight and heat. Very disappointing and I see there are other similar reviews. These sticks are getting harder to buy in Australia so the fact these have expired well before the expiry date is extremely frustrating. I do not recommend you buy this product.
