This product is by far the best and easiest improvement for my crappy tap water. I’ve been using and refilling 5-gallon water jugs at a dispenser station, and to my surprise, this water tastes better than bottled water! The old lady is happy too! The water pressure is the same as before! No leaks! The quality is the best water I’ve probably ever tasted. It got that nasty chlorine smell out instantly. Very quick installation. Straightforward. Will buy again!

If you’re handy at all, installing the Waterdrop 10UA is a piece of cake. It installs inline between your cold water supply shut-off and the faucet cold water connection, and everything you need for a clean, tidy install is included in the box. Took me about half an hour start to finish. I’m on city water with a whole house softener, and even with that setup I noticed a clear improvement in taste after installing this on the kitchen sink cold water side. That tells you the filter is doing its job. I give the filter itself a solid 5 out of 5. The install gets a 4 — not because it’s difficult for someone with basic plumbing experience, but a true novice might need to take their time with it. Overall though, a quality product I’d recommend without hesitation.

tl;dr; I purchased two of these to replace a competitor's units that have become difficult to find filters for. The Waterdrop 10UA Pro has produced better, to my taste at least, water and has a better design that works without getting water everywhere when changing the filters. I have had two under sink units from another manufacturer that I had to screw into the back of the cabinets under the sinks that I attached them to. At the time, this was the only way to put a good under sink unit in. After years of use, the filters for my original units has become difficult to find and the cost has gone up as well. This led me to shop around and see if there was anything else that was at least the same quality or better. Enter Waterdrop. I have a gravity fed filter from Waterdrop that I have not used yet, and I forgot that it was even from Waterdrop until after I found the 10UA Pro unit. Looking at the unit, it surprised me that more companies are not offering either an upside down mounted filter system or one like the 10UA Pro that sits on the bottom of the cabinet. No screws. Just attach the lines, twist in the filter and open the valves. Instant filtered water with perhaps the easiest installation method out there. It is quite impressive that the filter also has steel water lines instead of the inexpensive PTFE tubing that most under sink units come with. This makes the Waterdrop my new goto for places that I want a quick setup and easy to maintain filter at. I am looking forward to being able to place a towel under the 10UA Pro and remove the filter to see just how much water is actually lost. With my previous filters, there was always a lot of water that was everywhere on the towel that it was frustrating to have to remove everything under a sink prior to chaning the filter. While I have yet to do that, it looks like the Waterdrop 10UA Pro will have little loss which helps me get filters swapped faster.

Easy to install (10 minutes), great tasting water! It does use a battery, and I haven't checked to see what kind, or how easy it is to replace. I'm also a bit worried about lesser known companies - will I still be able to purchase a new filter in a year or so when I need one? As cheap as this product is though, even in a worst case scenario, its still very much worth it! Again, the water tastes absolutely great. We already had good tap water, according to our annual water reports - but this removes the micro plastics, the flouride, the chlorine, etc. I highly recommend

Love this simple to install under sink filter for filtering out chlorine and flouride so I can happily drink water from the tap. Good space saving design , water taste alot better then tap . And had a good quality for better overall health without all the city additives.

I am so happy with this Waterdrop 10UA Under sink water filter. It was easy to install and price is great. I already installed Insinkerator instant hot water system several years ago, but didn’t have filter. I wanted to add filter so I checked on Amazon. I connected this filter to cold water line from the wall. Now I have filtered water from faucet and from instant hot water . I was worried about water pressure might get too slow but actually the pressure is great. I don’t feel any difference at all. Water tastes great. I should have done long time ago.

5 stars Easy install and great water quality I’m really impressed with this Waterdrop filter. I had it fully assembled and installed in under 30 minutes, and I’m not a plumber by any means. The water tastes noticeably cleaner and fresher right away The unit feels solid, the hoses fit perfectly, and the twist‑to‑lock design makes filter changes simple. Definitely worth it if you want better‑tasting water without a complicated setup

Super easy to install and the directions are clear (with some googling of how to tell water taps apart and turning them off etc.) I was able to install within minutes myself and haven’t noticed any leaks. Very renter friendly product! My main concern was removing the chlorine smell and it does just that. No noticeable water pressure changes. I definitely feel comfortable drinking from the tap now when I run out of my spring water as well as giving my pets water from the tap as well. Very pleased with this under sink water filter.
