For the price I was excited. The main rod has limited reach. The handle will spin and push the main metal block towards your sight. When you run out of room, remove the nut if it hasn’t come off and move block up against where you left off and then retighten the nut and continue to turn to finish tightening the rear sight. This worked very well for my Glock 17 Gen 5. Remember when REMOVING sight: Left to Right and to INSTALL a sight: push Right to left. To push from left to right and then need to push right to left, physically take slide out and turn the tool 180 along the side so the pushing block has a right angle on sight when pushing as a consistent force is needed to properly move sights. To clarify the pushing block has a wedge out on one side. Worth the money and time to figure tool out! ### ⭐ Don’t buy this *by C***. on April 3, 2026* Do not buy this. It’s rickety and flies apart while trying to use it. Retaining nut pops off while pushing rear sight. Slide twists and falls out of alignment during use. Absolutely useless. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works, it’s cheap, it’s Amazon *by S***3 on April 21, 2026* Purchased this to replace my rear site on my Gen 5 22(.40). It works, that’s important. Reality check, it comes with no instructions so go back to product pictures. The bottom shelf is semi-useful, but it doesn’t exactly fill the cavity and provide a stable base. So getting the notch to the proper placement took a few minutes. Once everything was aligned, turning the handle pushed out the rear sites.
