I did an audit and inspection of the unit the moment it arrived at my hotel. I checked the welds, hydraulic assembly, electrical box, wheels, foot mounts, wired remote and wireless remote. Everything was satisfactory. The only small issues I had were that the plastic end caps were installed damaged. It wasn’t from shipping. The entire unit was shipped inside a sturdy box and inside a styrofoam housing. Also, the top of the electrical box has two dents on it. My only conclusion is that this damaged occurred at the manufacturer. Not a major issue, but regardless, a very small issue. The cables come zip-tied together. I would recommend some cable management prior to use. There is no storage tray to put the wired remote in and the electrical hydraulic cabling is all over the place which is a major hazard. The electrical cable that is attached to the hydraulic assemble is extremely close to the top frame that elevates. The cross bar grazes the bend restrictor. It is a terrible design. Regardless, if you do the cable management, as suggested, it will not be an issue. I recommend doing a safety check prior to every use. It is a bit on the slower side which is fine. It allows a more precise height change when required. I rather have that for what I’m doing, which is installing multiple servers that weigh between 30-35 kilograms (66-77 lbs) each. The wireless remote has an up/stop/down function button. Warning: Once you press up/down it will automatically go in that direction until you press the stop button (square button). The wired remote is for precise elevation change. I used a Milwaukee M18 Top Off Power Supple which is rated for 175 watts to run the unit. It did not drain the battery at all. It didn’t even use one bar of the 3.0 M18 Battery. The Electrical Hand Lift is not heavy. It stats it’s around 30 lbs which is manageable for me to get in and out my truck. The 360° wheels with locks and optional stationary foot stands are a major bonus. It’s rated to lift 150 kilograms which is 330 lbs. I haven’t tried that limit and most likely won’t need to. Having that ability is a bonus though. You can refer to the attached video of the functionality. Overall, the Electrical Hand Lift performs flawlessly. I still gave the unit 5-Stars due to the price, functionality and overall performance. I would highly recommend this unit and also the Seller is extremely responsive and helpful. They are providing me a partial refund due to late shipment.

Well made hydraulic table that functions as described. I use mine to move pinball machines around - works great for that. Unit pumps and releases easily and smoothly. The handle fold mechanism is sturdy and can be unbolted and reversed to allow reaching back to the center of gravity of a pinball machine while letting the handle tip away from the machine so it doesn’t hit the front. It is very heavy, not the kind of thing you sling in the back of your car or carry down the basement stairs easily. The non slip mat comes with sticky circles to affix it to the table if you want.

Great product. Works well. So far. Almost fully assembled so putting it together was a snap….almost. Would have given it five stars but one small problem almost had me sending it back. The bolts to hold the handle to the base come attached to the handle for shipping. One came off with a simple twist. The other wouldn’t budge. I tried channel locks, wrenches, torque driver and it just wouldn’t unscrew. Finally in desperation tried WD-40 and an hour later, a lot of tries and plenty of cuss words it finally loosened. I would venture to say that most people who buy these are older like me and need a little lift and move help. I am not weak by any stretch but this thing was either machine attached or the hulk was on the assembly line. It’s such a simple thing but would render this useless if the customer couldn’t remove it by hand or with simple tools. A little quality control on this issue could save you money. You’re welcome.

I bought this to use to install and remove my vintage VW engines. It is 100x better than balancing an engine on a floor jack and handles the weight with ease. The build on this unit is solid and the wheels roll great. There are wheel locks on two of them which hold very well, even on a slight slope. The controls work perfectly, but for my purposes, the lowering is much too abrupt. The ergonomics are great, but trying to fine tune the height, loaded, going down, is very difficult to adjust. Going up, I can pump the lever to easily get the height I want, but if I overshoot and need to adjust back down, it is really quick and jerky if I try to lower just a little. By little, I mean an inch or so. I think most people that buy this will not have any issues with lowering at all because in general, it works perfectly. Overall, I don't regret the purchase at all and will never go back to installing an engine with a floor jack. Even with the minor lowering issue, for my purposes, this unit is worth its weight in gold.

The cart is great! Works amazingly well and ordered two of them. Very heavy duty and works like a dream!!! The 1 star is for customer service. I have never written a negative review before. When we received this, the bar for the handle was bent. I messaged Vevor that evening to explain the problem. I was asked to send pictures and a video of the problem. They basically passed the buck through different areas even though I made it clear I only needed a replacement handle. Then they tried to tell me it was the fault of the shipper and they wanted to have pictures to send in to get them to pay for it. It was not a problem with shipping! After various emails and a week later… they told me they couldn’t do anything to help me and I should ask for a refund or exchange for the whole cart through Amazon. It would be a nightmare to try to exchange or return it, due to its weight. And there was no reason to if they had just replaced the handle. Very frustrating!!! My husband will try and fix it on his own.

My husband and I are 83 and 77. It's very difficult to lift heavy items very high. We ordered this to help us move our mid-sized generator from the garage floor to the platform built for it on our RV. It does an amazing job, relieving us of a most difficult task at our age. It was adjustable to the exact height we needed, so we did almost no lifting or weight-bearing ourselves. My husband had even used it as an adjustable table or bench while working on other jobs in the garage or driveway. He can sit at the level he needs to reach what he's working on. It's very sturdy, well-made, and only takes up about 24x24 inches of storage space on the floor. One of our best purchases. We recommend it to our friends.

I needed this to install a heavy wall oven. It worked perfectly ! It lifted the oven with ease. The lift cart is a strong, commercial quality product. I’m a Pro Handyman and I’m sure this will be a great help for future projects requiring lifting and specific placement.

This is heavy duty and works great for lifting things off the ground to be worked in. Easy to maneuver.

constantly lowers by itself, impossible to keep anything lifted. regret buying it, instructions are useless, no support from seller or manufacturer. tried bleeding it many times, watched multiple video on how to bleed it, tried all the setting screws. always lowers by itself making it useless
