The blades are sharp, the noise level is low (which really helps my dog stay calm), and it comes with useful accessories for trimming paws and small areas. I originally bought one within the last 6-12 months. I used it once for grooming my longer haired dog and it worked great! So then i hadn't used it for several months. When I went to use it again battery depleted and wouldn't charge! I reached out to support to see what they could do.. SUE was so helpful i sent her proof she responded back promptly with a resolution. A new one was delivered within a couple days. Works well and followed up shortly after. Quality is okay for the price. Blades can only handle so much of thick coat before you have to turn it off and unclog but I just did a couple swipes with my dog's soft bristle brush and your back up and running. Brush that comes with it is garbage. It is fairly quiet, especially compared to my Wahl corded clippers however those are more powerful but these cordless clippers are so much easier. Guides are simple to use and so is swapping clipper heads. Haven't tried the nail file but my dog is not a fan of electric files anyway. Came 100% charged and was only down to 90 when I was done. I don't think I can sharpen these blades or replace them...not sure yet. Customer service shows a @hotmail.com address on a Chinese product so don't expect much there haha.

Clippers work great. I have used it on my dog many times and even my cat. They are not too loud and they hold a charge for a while. I used it probably about 3-4 times before I had to charge it again after the 1st time. Cuts pretty good too but you definitely need to stop midway if some hair gets caught in the blade to pull it out.

10/1/2023 Update: I could not get the clipper to come on, even though it had a full charge, so I went to buy a new clipper. After doing some research and reading about how to remove the blade and clean it, I decided to give that a try. When I took the blade off, there was a bunch of hair inside of the unit. I simply cleaned out the hair and it cranked right up again! I put the cleaned blade back on and this inexpensive little clipper is again cutting my poodles. WOW, 2 years of service on 4 dogs. It would cost me more to get one dog groomed than what this originally cost me. I am very happy! 10/9/2022 Update: The clipper's blades are getting hot pretty quickly. I have to watch it, particularly when I am doing my dog's feet or not using a comb. I have 4 toy poodles and have been very happy with the clippers. Considering what one grooming would cost, I still advise anyone to get these clippers. I am buying another one. If you are considering these clippers, just buy it. I have a pack of toy poodles and have purchased and used several professional clippers on them over the years. Most clippers were well over $100 more than this unit, plus the cost of blades. I bought this thinking that if I got one grooming out of this unit, it would still be less than paying for one grooming for one of my dogs, so I was not expecting too much, but took the chance. I LOVE these clippers and I feel it is fair to say my dogs do, too. With the snap on combs, I do not have to buy different size blades (which are as much $ as this clipper!) as the combs do a great job. I have had this unit for 3 months now and will gladly buy this again when I have worn this one out. It is very quiet, no cord and gets the job done nicely.

I'm a professional groomer and this clipper is perfect for paw trims. It's sharp and lightweight and the teeth are very close which prevents nicks. The perfect size.

Don't waste your money. The clippers are made of plastic on the underside and metal on the top side. I couldn't even clip the hair on my dog who has human like hair (no undercoat). Returned due to poor quality.

Easy to use. Pretty straightforward with changing the heads. Has a good grip to it. And definitely worth the price for how good it clipped my puppies hair. Good quality. It was my puppies first grooming and he stayed calm the noise was not too loud. Love that it is cordless cause it’s easier to manipulate. Removed the hair great for how long my puppies hair was. And love the size because its easy to store.

No1: ITS QUIET! NO2: The blades all cut very efficiently. No3: charger is good. I clipped 16 hairy paws and feet and it was still showing 75% charge. No4;Easy to change heads, and the angled one is brilliant! Only bit thats not as impressive as my purpose made nail grinder is that attachment. Not sure if Head isn't as good or speed of my other nail grinder is faster. It works, just not as fast as my purpose made one. But if you only have 4 paws to deal with that is probably just fine. All fabulous

Very useful ...I have two cats . I trim both every 3months. Using it more than a year now and it's still working perfectly.
