I want to use this in a cake will one bottle make it purple or would I need two?

Ok, I have not used it since food coloring is real questionable in my eyes. I only use it for the weather barometer that I used a bit too much as in drops not the whole bottle. It was very dark in the water. So be very careful and I would suggest studying food coloring. Good luck.
