Completely addictive, so interesting in terms of the info - I’m debating moving away from my Apple Watch as the battery on this is so much better - I always charge my watch overnight but the sleep info on the Oura is great, amazing accuracy on the patterns!The battery life i would say isn’t quite as long as described but still a few days so good enough!Super easy to set up and use, debating the travel charge case but at the moment not sure it’s needed as the charger is just USB C.Definitely worth ordering the fitting measure, I wouldn’t have had a clue but annoying when you decide you want to go for it as adds a few days before you can purchase. Once bought though a perfect fit.I bought the brushed silver and have had quite a few compliments, it’s a really nice, non flashy piece that blends well with other items of jewellery.Expensive but so far I would say worth it :)

Really impressed, it's been tracking my sleep and helping manage my diet and exercise. It's comfortable and pretty stylish. The app is easy to use and doesn't bother me all the time with ads or useless notifications.It's very expensive and having to pay a subscription isn't the best but I think it's pretty good value for the technology in it.It was really easy to set up and hasn't had any connection drop outs or other issues.I'm a little concerned that the next ring will not be compatible with my current charger or case if I decide to get one. I hope it will be but the 3rd gen isn't compatible with 4th so that's something to know if you're buying in a few years and the 5th gen is due out. Hopefully I'm wrong and backwards and forwards compatibility won't be a problem.I like the idea of being able to give friends a discount link right from the app but it would be better if I got a month of my subscription free if they buy.I much prefer this form factor to a watch but you do give up easy heart rate monitoring so maybe a widget that can be pinned to a phone screen or even a small screen on the ring would be something cool to add in the future. Blood pressure monitoring would also really be a cool thing to add but that might not be possible.One other thing to keep in mind if you are buying is it really needs a lot of data to get the most out of it so for the first couple of weeks to a month it won't give you all the readings.In conclusion, I love it, I'm really pleased with the fit and the colour I chose. The app is great and I wish I'd had one years ago. Very happy customer.

Love my Oura! Wear it as a wedding band and never take it off 😀Battery life is over 5 days and is robust and well built. Mine is a size 10 and I never notice I’m wearing it.The app is great and auto activity tracking is spot on.

Don’t waste your money!! I have had mine 4 months and the battery is draining fast!! A very expensive piece of crap in my opinion. You also have to pay a subscription which is ridiculous!! If you want to track your health get a watch. I got conned into getting this to take my temperature, the way it is going it won’t even work in a months time and I’ll have to fork out more money!You also have to buy ring covers every month because it gets scratched very easily and it just looks like an eyesore the covers don’t last very long either!

This is the second Oura Ring I have owned, this one had a great discount in the Amazon sale so it was worth upgrading from the 3 to the 4.It looks great in Black Stealth and can handle knocks and abuse of a manual labour job. I’ve had it 6 weeks now and worn it every day to work and I still don’t see any scratches dents or marks on it. Battery life is also exceptional at 6 days, maybe 7 at a push. But it doesn’t take long to recharge either.The App that comes with it is very good as well and covers the same matrix that an iOS or Android watch does including sleep, heart rate, oxygen saturation, steps, Activity and even stress.It gives a detailed breakdown of each and depending on how interested you are you can breakdown by day, week, month or year. It can also provide weekly, monthly and yearly reports on All matrix monitored.So if you’re way over your step goal for example the app will suggest setting a higher one. It does the same with sleep etc.There is also a Rest mode if you pick up an injury or illness. I was very surprised when I had the flu and the App notified me that something was going on with my body and suggested rest mode.So if you’re a Sporty individual or just someone like me who likes to keep tabs on my health I would highly recommend this ring.

THE SUBSCRIPTION IS RATHER ANNOYING, PARTICULARLY IF YOU CONSIDER HOW MUCH YOU PAYED FOR THE RING.AT LEAST THE CHRGER IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE, IN CONTRAST WITH THE OURA RING 5.IT IS THE BEST RING TO TRACK YOUR SLEEP, BUT NOT ACCURATE FOR WORKSHOPS AND IT IS DIFFICULT TO USE IT WHEN YOU LIFT WEIGHTS...SO IT IS COMFORT WHEN YOU SLEEP.BATTERY LIFE IS GOOD.BEST OF ALL IS THE APP....ALTHOUGH I AM EXPECTING TO BECOME BETTER SINCE YOU PAY FOR IT AND THE APP OF ALL THE OTHER RINGS IS FREE...

Don’t know where I would be without my oura ring! It’s so interesting to know all the data about sleep, heart health etc. If you’re thinking about getting one, let this be the review that gets you one! Very, very convenient. I don’t wear my Apple Watch anymore as I’m a nurse and can’t wear watches. Would say that this is more accurate and better. Its tracks fitness, steps, sleep, women’s health etc.It also helped me conceive which I’m very grateful for. It is ‘bulky’ but you do get used to it! I often speak very highly of this product and got atleast 5 people to get one. I don't know where I’d be without my Oura ring

I hesitated for a while before investing in this gadget. And I love my Gadgets! but after doing some homework on the competition, I decided to jump for it.First, the fit and metal colour are great, I couldn't be happier, the quality and durability is insane, i do everything with it, I rarely take it off.The connectivity to my Samsung Z Fold6 was flawless, no hiccups, plus, everything you open the app, it updates in no time. so great compatibility.Now, you need to give it time to gather data about you, of course... it will not happen overnight which is quite right, but the intel you get afterwards is great.Your body age, sleep quality, energy available, your stress, it is such a great little ring. it is a lot of money for such a small device but the value for money is worth it.I highly recommend it if you are curious and want to be nudge in the right direction for better health.

I don't like wearing wrist watches, so having a smart ring is PERFECT for me! I love how durable it is, it's easy to clean, and the app that comes with it is GREAT! The tracking on this thing is flawless and it uses light sensors to track my vitals, so it doesn't even feel like a smart device, just a regular ring! It also charges very quickly, so if I'm using the bathroom or taking a shower at home, I just pop it on the charger for 10-15 minutes and it's good for a few days! I only do it daily just to establish a good routine, and I have forgotten before and let the battery get low, but still haven't had the power die on me yet!I can see it being an issue for lifting weights since it's coated in stainless still and a little bulky, but otherwise very comfortable for other forms of exercise! I can also see it being a problem because of the red and green light sensors at night, it might be disruptive to light sleepers in a dark room, but I just keep my hands under my blankets or pillows, and I sleep just fine! It doesn't light up all the time, just periodically throughout the night. If the tiny lights at night might bother you, you can probably put a thick sock or a glove over your hand at night to block the light. I'm personally not inconvenienced by it at night, and I like that I can't feel anything when it checks my vitals (heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature, just to name a few).I wound up subscribing to the app anually because I really liked how easy it was to set up and how thorough its analysis was for my overall health.UPDATE:Recently I noticed the ring was draining too fast between charges and I actually needed to charge it everyday! I reached out to customer service via the app, they asked a few questions, and shipped me another one immediately! It was refurbished, not brand new, but it works like new and I would never have known the difference if they didn't tell me! I keep the old one as a backup just in case since they said I don't need to send it back.I basically haven't stopped wearing the Oura ring since I put it on, and I've used it on long walks, swimming (fully submerged in water), and for general daily activities and it works great! I wash it with soap and water when I wash my hands and take it off to give it an.wxtra good wipe down before popping it on the charger or putting it back on!
