Warning! this requires the base game
When we first faced off with Oblivion we thought no way can we ever defeat him. This happened about twelve times. Of course there were only three of us. So, this is an incredibly challenging and fun expansion for the base game. However, the base game is NOT available anymore. You can buy it used on ebay for a range of prices depending on what is included. Oblivion needs some of the expansion characters that don't come with the most basic set to handle how tough he is to beat. Just a heads up.

Great finish to a fun game line
A new variation on the familiar system. ALl the world's heroes take on a supreme world-spanning villain. As they are disabled, other heroes step in. This makes for a lengthy knock-down drag-out fight similar to what oyu'd see in major comic book events. The system holds up well, the new characters are interesting and fun, and the villain is appropriately menacing to the fate of the multiverse. As usual with products from this company, the cards are gorgeous.Both the artwork and the flavor text provide a strong comic-book feel that will hwlp keep players immersed in the setting.

One of the best expansions. Epic conclusion to SotM but not for the faint of heart. Not for the casual gamer. Very cheap for what it contains!

I was refunded less tha the amount I paid and can not find a way to contact anyone
returned this product 2 x for the same defect. I paid one price for the first one had an even trade then was refunded $5 less than i paid
