Vacuum was easy to set up and use with the app. Mapped the home with no problems. It does everything it states it can do. Gets in corners and along base boards well, goes under and around objects (e.g. chairs at dining table). Leaves a clean, dry surface with combination of vacuum and mopping. Main recommendation is to pick up throw and bathroom rugs prior to mapping and running. We live in dusty, dry area with grass and dirt constantly brought in by our dogs. This vacuum keeps the house clean during the week and reduces the number of deeper cleanings we have to do throughout the year. Easy to find replacement parts that are good quality and cheap. Great purchase.

The ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 PRO Omni exceeded my expectations. Its powerful suction effortlessly removes dust, pet hair, and debris from both carpets and hard floors, leaving the floor spotless. Its TruEdge Edge Cleaning feature is impressive, allowing it to clean corners and edges that most robots can’t reach. I especially love the ZeroTangle technology—no more worrying about hair getting tangled in the brushes. The hot water wash and hot air dry functions keep the mop fresh and hygienic, while the automatic dustbin emptying and auto-lift features make it virtually maintenance-free. It truly is a high-end, all-in-one cleaning solution that saves me time and effort every day.

I purchased the ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 PRO Omni in September 2025 and have taken meticulous care of the unit, following all recommended maintenance procedures. By late December 2025, the robot developed a serious failure. The clean water is no longer being dispensed, which makes the mopping function completely inoperative. The system repeatedly reports a “cleaning tray malfunction.” I have performed all standard troubleshooting steps, including tank verification, cleaning routines, and full resets. The issue persists. At this point, the device cannot perform one of its core advertised functions. What has been more disappointing than the defect itself is the customer service experience. I have contacted ECOVACS support multiple times seeking resolution. The responses have been slow, repetitive, and ultimately ineffective. Instead of meaningful escalation or ownership, I have been asked to repeat basic steps that had already been completed. For a premium product in this price range, this level of reliability and after-sales support is not acceptable. To be clear: • Unit purchased September 2025 • Properly maintained • Major functional failure by December 2025 • Mopping unusable due to water dispensing failure • “Cleaning tray malfunction” unresolved • Support contacted; no effective resolution to date At this stage, I expect ECOVACS to stand behind its product and provide a proper remedy, preferably a replacement unit, as the current device is not performing as advertised. I will update this review once the matter is resolved.

Had been using the DEEBOT T50 PRO every day since I brought it. My experience has been great. The setup is super easy with the great ECOVACS HOME App. It took me less than 10 min from unboxing to start mapping. I’m very impressed with the mapping feature, it gets 95% of my house layout correct on the first try. It identify where my rug is. As for the most important part, the cleaning, it excess my expectation. I schedule it to vacuum everyday and mop twice a week. So far, it had kept all the accessible area clean, and have not run into any error. It does a good job on picking up crumbs and hairs and it cleans along the walls and corners well. Using the App, I scheduled the time to start and room order on each cleaning session. I just let it do its thing when I goes to work. The only maintenance is to clean the dirty water tank and tray after each mopping. As long as you don’t expect it to do 100% what a person can do, you will be very pleased with it.

It’s older model but I really this brand. I brought many of robots for my Airbnb houses and my own house. Especially my house has 3 of them! I set this one upstairs to clean up kids bedrooms. The battery is totally enough for whole upstairs with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I barely hear when it works upstairs. It has multiple level of suctions and works well on wood floor and carpet. I love it has a feature that I can turn on camera to see when it’s working. Great price for sure! Definitely highly recommended to anyone who is looking for robot to help out.

This is a fantastic compact robot vacuum. It’s perfect for handling everyday spills and stains, as well as weekly or daily cleaning tasks. It effectively keeps dust under control, keeping our apartment clean and tidy. Its obstacle-avoidance capabilities are excellent—though not flawless—and the ability to set no-go zones makes it a very practical device. I was a bit skeptical at first, since this is my first robot vacuum, but now I’m very satisfied. This gives me more time to spend with my family and reduces the hassle of weekly cleaning.

After a lot of research, I purchased this ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 PRO Omni instead of the Max version, since I don’t have carpeting. It weighs about 35 pounds and looks solid. It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. You’ll want to keep the packaging in case you need to ship the deebot to ECOVACS under their limited warranty. Additionally, you’ll want to purchase the Asurion Protection Plan for this complex appliance. I purchased the 3-Year Plan. When unboxing it, the bottom mopping pad plates can be removed to peel off the packing tape wrapped around it. There’s a rubber tube holding it in place so I was concerned that I would damage it but it’s flexible. Be sure to get the tube back into place when reinserting the pad plates. This robot is not excessively noisy when running and is much quieter than my Dyson V15. It verbalizes when it’s returning to the station, emptying the dust bin or washing and drying the mop pads. It’s consistently been able to dock without problems. The app needs work and I’ve struggled to navigate it. It’s taken a lot of experimentation to become somewhat familiar with it. Mapping has also been problematic. My impression, from other reviews, was that it would be easy but that wasn’t the case for my house. The portion of my house that I wanted to map is on one level. I have ceiling to floor mirrors on one wall and dark throw rugs and furniture. During initial mapping, the deebot failed to map my hallway, master bedroom and entire living room. It also got hung up on the black star base for my living room chairs that have low slung legs which radiate outward. I have metal thresholds where my floor transitions from ceramic tile to vinyl flooring and the deebot struggled to cross those as well. Fortunately, after many attempts, I’ve finally gotten an accurate, functional map. To accomplish this, I taped 12 inch wide paper to the bottom of the mirrors, picked up all of the dark throw rugs and used an extremely bright flood light to illuminate the area while following the deebot throughout the house. When it turned in my direction, I turned the light away from it. The bright light kept the deebot from hanging up on the radiating chair legs. Instead, it navigated around them resulting in a fully mapped living room. The extra lighting made all the difference when mapping. I've used the new map and it operated as expected, producing excellent cleaning results. I was very frustrated initially with the app but I’m currently optimistic that I have a viable map. If things change and new problems arise, I’ll update this review. I deducted a star due to the app.

On the surface this vacuum seems outstanding. If you have a short haired dog or cat and hardwood floors, this is perfect for you. If you have a long haired dog and carpet, this is NOT the one for you. When I first set it up, the app is easy, the mapping is quick and it does an ok job designating room separation in an open floor plan. The scheduling is easy and the cleaning modes and suction power are all easy to set in the app. When vacuuming the first two weeks, it would leave little balls of fur on the ground here and there. I decided this was just because it was doing a good "deeper clean" than my last vacuum and so it would pick all of that up in a day or two. That never happened. Every use on standard thickness carpet left little balls of pet hair on the floor that I would have to use a stick vacuum to pick up after it was done. The emptying, mopping and everything works well, its just the issues with it leaving fur behind or so I thought. After a month, I would get notices that there was an issue that I needed to check the brush or the wheel or it is off the floor. Each time it said brush, some of the dog hair would be rolled up between the roller and the suction input and that would be the issue. Each time it said wheel or it was off the ground, there wouldn't be any apparent cause for this. After a few days or repeated daily stopping, it became a problem as soon as it would leave the dock. It would not make it six inches without it saying there was a problem. I replaced the roller, the brushes, cleaned every part of the vacuum and it would work for a day or two and then the same thing. I had watched a lot of youtuve reviews, vacuum wars youtube channel and many others before deciding on this one and have regretted it after the first month. After all of the issues I have had, I went back to an upright vacuum and will just do it myself. The frustration of this vacuum is not worth it.

للاسف انتظرت اكثر من 55 يوم حتى يصلني المنتج و بعد وصول المنتج وجدت انه لا يعمل بشكل جيد ( عيب تصنيع في مضخة الماء ) اي انه لا يستطيع مسح الارضيات مضى على الاسترجاع 10 ايام و حتى الان لم تصلني اموالي تجربة سيئة جداً
