Review: Defeated item - "I purchased this AC one month ago and it was installed by the company's technician. Since day one, the AC has been producing unusually high noise compared to other ACs. I already own another AC at home, and it operates much more quietly. I have raised complaints with both the company and desertcart multiple times. The technician visited and claimed that the noise is normal for this model. Later, he suggested that the unit should be installed in a different position, but no action has been taken. Now they are asking for extra charges to relocate the unit. This appears to be either a product defect or an installation issue. However, neither the company nor the service team is willing to provide a proper resolution. They are refusing replacement and are also not fixing the issue without additional charges. I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and negligence. I request immediate action and a proper resolution to this problem."

"I purchased this AC one month ago and it was installed by the company's technician. Since day one, the AC has been producing unusually high noise compared to other ACs. I already own another AC at home, and it operates much more quietly. I have raised complaints with both the company and Amazon multiple times. The technician visited and claimed that the noise is normal for this model. Later, he suggested that the unit should be installed in a different position, but no action has been taken. Now they are asking for extra charges to relocate the unit. This appears to be either a product defect or an installation issue. However, neither the company nor the service team is willing to provide a proper resolution. They are refusing replacement and are also not fixing the issue without additional charges. I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and negligence. I request immediate action and a proper resolution to this problem."
