1. came quickly and undamaged! the first thing i noticed was the size of the box it came in (larger than i expected), so i knew i was likely gonna get my money’s worth — i did!!2. came with two moderately-sized packs of kataifi that should last you a bit if you don’t cook all of it consecutively. it’s more than i expected for what i paid (a little over $8)!3. high-quality product, at least in my opinion (keep in mind, i’ve only had kataifi twice); cooks up well and relatively quick, no suspicious foreign specks or weird smells or flavors upon opening and cooking.4. the taste is neutral when pan fried with butter, so the ingredient is extremely versatile and can be used for sweet or savory foods; the texture is satisfyingly crunchy and i eat it by itself sometimes for fun :D

So for the price this was the cheapest per ounce but it also had a great quality to it! It is nice and crispy once sautéed and the texture is amazing! The texture is that of small crispy strips inside of whatever you are making! They had virtually no smell, and came in vacuum sealed for freshness! It was a great size for the cost as well!

Very good and crunch. Made with Pistachio butter and it was delicious. Good amount in the package.

This Kadaifi was chopped and in a plastic bag inside of the box. I used it to make the pistachio chocolate bar. It cooked up nicely and was crisp. The taste was delicious and remained crispy inside the candy bar. I ended up cooking a little too much kadaifi so there was a little too much in the candy bar but it was still great. I would buy from again!

This was a quit and easy ingredient that i added to my homemade Dubai chocolate bar.

Arrived as described. Great to toast in pan with some butter, then mix with pistachio cream. Layer with strawberries in a cup, and top with chocolate ganache. Yum!
