The cookies (3 per pack) are thick quality that appeared fresh, light, crunchy, etc. The same texture that you can get from McVitie's Digestive and Belvitta ..... I have noticed a coconut flavor in the cookies that I like .... the packaging is excellent as there are 10 servings in each box and one serving comes with 3 rectangle shape biscuits with sunshine logo on each cookie ... I have Celiac so need gluten-free certified things which is hard to find without excessive carbs/sugar. This one is sweetened with Monk Fruit which is safe for me as I cannot tolerate sugar alcohols. The ONLY Problematic ingredient in them for my condition is DEXTRIN (corn fiber) which is a prebiotic that ferments in your gut. So, beware if you have IBS or Crohn Disease. Overall, I recommend

I’ve been with CZ for about 7 years and they have been key to helping me live a low carb lifestyle. Supposedly our tastebuds change every seven years but I have the biggest sweet tooth that will apparently never go away. I’ll preface my review for anyone who may be influenced by mine or others by saying if you’re expecting any alternative to sugar filled snacks to taste exactly the same, get that out of your head. Be realistic with your expectations and don’t bash products because they don’t provide that sugary response/taste you’re used to. This, however, definitely doesn’t mean they’re nasty. CZ makes the most delicious and healthy snacks (no artificial ingredients) you’ll find on the market that taste just as good, not necessarily identical, as the unhealthy snacks. No other brand does what they do. If you follow keto, you have to be mindful of artificial sweeteners and sugar alcohols, even if they don’t count towards your net carbs. Do your own research on them and their potential side effects to your overall health and keto lifestyle. These biscuits, which I consider cookies, are sooooooo good. lol That’s no exaggeration. They’re crisp but not too thin(which I think their Speculoos are but I enjoy nonetheless), they taste like lightly sweetened oats, and I think I detect a hint of vanilla which I like, but that’s just me bc it’s not on the ingredients list. All of the ingredients blend so well together and provide an excellent taste without unnecessary calories, carbs, and artificial ingredients. There are 3 biscuits in each pack and they are a decently filling snack. I can somewhat shamelessly eat 4 packs of Speculoos (I know, too much of a good thing isn’t good) but one or two of these and I’m satisfied. I’m going to switch to these for my go to cookie. I’ll keep buying from this brand because of the quality and taste. CZ products and a low carb lifestyle has allowed me to drop 12 pants sizes and almost 60lbs, so yeah, I’m staying right here. The cookies are delicious and similar to other shortbread cookies. They are small, light and quite crunchy. The cookies would work well with coffee. They are very dry and benefit from some liquid when eaten. The packets need to be opened with a knife or scissors.

I was quite surprised that these would taste as good as they do. Great with my evening tea. Keto friendly too

Love these. Nice crunch with no almond flavor. (We like almond, but when watching carbs it seems every backed good has almonds.) These are great for a treat on their own and also pair well with cheese &/or fruit.

These things are tasty, vaguely reminiscent of graham crackers with a distinct oat flavor. Definitely nice. It ticks all the paranoid mom checkboxes, having no gluten and added fiber, while having very little sugar. It also comes with that same elevated price tag that other niche brands do. You're paying for extra for the buzz words. The small portion size paired with their dry nature make it less than desirable for a snack, or breakfast even. (The packaging tries to hint that they're a good dessert, but I can't imagine the kind of person that wants biscuits for dessert.) There is a solid amount of fiber in each pack, which is nice, but it's still hard to justify the cost.

These are a good product to purchase if your watching sugar intake. They taste great, are crisp and have a nice texture.
