I have a real hard time retaining vitamin b. And this stuff is amazing. Since I've been taking this, my blood work shows. My vitamin B has gone up.

It’s good. Definitely gave me energy but the next morning I felt lightheaded and sick to my stomach. I’m not sure if it had anything to do with that but I work a lot and can’t afford to not be at work so I am waiting for a day off to Taurus it again.
