Good support for back good price and is comfortable to wear, my friend recommended it definitely worth price.

I don't often write reviews, but after several days of suffering from a severe sciatica flare up, this has made a genuine difference to me. I've been seeing a physio, but struggling to sleep, barely able to walk, or stand for any length of time and taking painkillers just to get through the day. I bought this on the off chance it would help and it really has. The additional support has made bending, sitting, driving much easier and almost entirely pain free. I've used this in combo with a leg/thigh strap too and gone from being constantly in pain with limited mobility to being able to move around much more freely and sit down without being in discomfort. One of the best purchases I've made.

I do a lot of lifting at work so put this on and it seems to do the job ..do t sit with it on though .

Good fitting back support. Comfortable to wear. Really helped ease the pain my husband was in with his back. Doesn’t restrict movement. The support is strong and material good quality. The Velcro is good quality and strong. Easy to put on and adjust by yourself, definitely value for money. Highly recommend for people with lower back pain or those who need extra support. Definitely works.

Husband was advised to get a support belt after hurting his back popping up Christmas decorations. As soon as he put it on he felt more supported and more mobility. It fitted round him absolutely fine (hes an XL) and it would fit someone smaller and someone larger. We felt it was a good price for the immediate relief

After a back injury, (skydiving? nope gardening, old age the gift that keeps on giving) I was unable to move for over three months without being in horrendous pain from a slipped disk. I read through a lot of reviews for back braces and decided to take a punt on this as I didn't want to break the bank as well as my back (again). I am so glad I did; it has given me a lot more mobility just doing mundane tasks that I previously took for granted and helps a great deal with the pain of movement. A word of advice as other reviewers have commented take the cushion out, it gets very uncomfortable after a while where it applies pressure directly to the lower back which is where I injured myself.

Bought this for my husband as he has a bad back with years of playing different sports and with his job he is lifting a lot and this helps him a lot

This really has helped with my back pain when walking my dog. I don’t even notice I’m using it, other than no back pain.

That is extremely frustrating when you need a lumbar back brace to function on a daily basis for over a calendar year. Pro Tip: correct sizing directly impacts product satisfaction, performance, and lifespan so do yourself a favor and get the correct size or swap out for the correct size if you guessed wrong. The combined support and relief from the properly sized Rakiie back brace was a game changer for me. Pros: *Breathes really well for class of brace, doesn’t retain smell or b/o, Velcro lasts for over a calendar year of daily use. *Excellent temperature regulation. For example, even mildly effective “cooled” seats can be felt as can seat heating meaning the material is focused on supporting your body and largely speaking remains thermally neutral. Cons: Sizing information could be more helpful, incorrect sizing was genuinely the cause of every product frustration I had. *Wildly Different price for color choice at time of purchase, not sure why a tiny splash of color would alter the price by more than 25% so pay close attention to your size in other colors of hue choice isn’t an issue. To those with power to fix things: please save your customers some headache and fix your sizing information, add extra images and/or update your product description.

Llevo dos días y me parece estupenda. Se ajusta bien, es cómoda, no es en exceso aparatosa y tanto si estas tiempo sentado, como si vas a hacer alguna tarea que comprometa las lumbares, notas la protección y corrección postural. No hay que abusar de estas cosas, como dormir con ella o tenela todo el día ya que puede producir atrofia muscular, que no sería bueno, pero para tenerla puesta cuando es requerido me parece estupenda.
