Love these shoes
These are my favorite multipurpose shoes for at the gym. They’re close enough to flat that they give good balance and stability for lifting weights, but are cushy enough to handle the elliptical or walking on a treadmill.

The Nike Metcon 6s are hands-down some of the best workout shoes I’ve owned. They’re incredibly stable, supportive, and perfect for everything from strength training to high-intensity workouts. I wear them to Burn Boot Camp, and they hold up perfectly through sprints, lifts, and plyometrics. They’re also great for a simple garage workout — super durable, breathable, and comfortable enough to wear for the entire session without any discomfort. If you want a reliable shoe that helps you feel solid and supported in every move, Metcon 6s are it!

Makes a good gym shoe
I bought these as workout shoes. At first it felt a little weird to have the bounce in my step but I got use to it within the first week. I use then for strength training followed by the stairmaster. I will also wear them for a day of mobility followed by treadmill. They live in my workout bag so I put them on at the gym and take them off before I leave. I wish I had gotten a color other than white because they pick up every bit of dirt.
