He was expecting a red racket and one blue. Other than that, the controllers fit snugly into the racket holsters and the extension wrist cord is good length as well. Part Two: the customer service this company provides is second to none. I received a replacement within a timely manner and they were very responsive. I am big on customer service and they solved the problem, with no hesitation. Thank you so much!!

We received two BLUE rackets. My six year old was upset because his favorite colors are actually red and blue. He was expecting a red racket and one blue. Other than that, the controllers fit snugly into the racket holsters and the extension wrist cord is good length as well. Part Two: the customer service this company provides is second to none. I received a replacement within a timely manner and they were very responsive. I am big on customer service and they solved the problem, with no hesitation. Thank you so much!!
