We use this every other day! It is the BEST milk maker we’ve ever had! Great recipes in book and you tube! Expensive, yet worth it!!! 🥜 🌰 🥜

This is a beautiful appliance! They really took their time thinking through the design, even the packaging, to create a quality experience from the moment of unpacking to the end of every use. This is food prep at its finest! But first, the practical highlights: 1. It's crazy easy to use! Just add the ingredients, push a button, and 2 minutes later you have fresh, creamy, plant-based milk. Boom. 2. They've also made it as easy as possible to clean: The filter has a built-in device that scrapes off the leftover solids for a quick, mess-free removal. It even comes with a container to store these solids for use in other recipes (I make nut cheese with mine). And it has its own little scrub brush to keep your filter fresh & functional. 3. The finished "milk" product is as thick and creamy as you want it to be; you control the ingredients and the amount of water, and the included recipe book offers tips for making thicker or more foamy milks, standalone drinks, and creamers. Important note: There is still a decent amount of very fine sediment in the final product that you don't get in commercial brands. It's the equivalent to the kind of residue you see in coffee brewed from extra fine-ground beans. This is a trade off we were happy to make to lose the additives and seed oils in even the best store brands. Additional note: They recommend drinking your milk within about 3 days or so. The included pitcher has a lid that's air tight for storage. That said, this is just a pleasure to use. The look and use is clean, with an excellent display and a luxurious feel. I especially appreciate the simple yet informative recipe book: There's a number of flavored milk recipes (so far I've often doubled the extra ingredients in the ones I've tried to get the flavor profile I'm looking for) but even better is the detailed info on various ingredients and their flavors/benefits for making your own recipes. Fantastic! We've adapted the Chai Oatmilk to make a flavorful cashew protein shake. And I've discovered that a tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder adds a surprising amount of creamy flavor without making it chocolate milk. Who knew? If you're committed to cutting out ultra processed ingredients, want delicious, customizable plant-based milk, and/or just delight in making yummy drinks (and plant based cheese!) I definitely recommend!

I switched to plant based milk years ago and got in the habit of just buying it. However that was getting expensive and I wasn't loving all the stuff added in so I decided to try my had and making it. At first it was via nut bag which doesn't work for me (admittedly I'm lazy), so I got a Nutr Ultra. Bad bad bad decision. The brand new item came used and missing parts, and customer service couldn't be reached. Needless to say I was so hesitant to get this because it is expensive and I didn't want to waste more money. Honestly, I probably went overboard on reading and watching reviews on this machine before purchasing it! And Amazon has a much better return policy so it was worth the risk. I've only used it a couple times so far but that's enough to know this is far and away a better product. Holy cow is this easy to use and the recipe book is great. It takes about 2 minutes to make 3-4 cups of milk and like 3 ingredients. Clean up is so easy, the pulp comes out dry and they give you a cool little silicone pouch to store it in. Between prep, making it, and clean up the process takes a grand total of 5 minutes. I've done almond and coconut milks so far and literally just tossed them into the machine with no prep / soaking. Machine ground everything up so fine and got more milk out of the ingredients than I ever did squeezing and straining! Best part though is how smooth the milk is. Even double filtering milk before I could never get it this smooth. There's no grittiness and it tastes better than store bought. All to say that yes, it is expensive, but if you use nut / oat milks regularly it's a very good investment IMO.

Excellent nut milk maker! This is the first one I've owned but I did extensive research before purchasing and everyone said this one makes the creamiest, most flavorful milk with the least amount of grit. It does produce amazing milk, and I've spent the last few weeks experimenting with different recipes for milk, creamer, and even juice! You can buy frozen strawberries and frozen mango, let them thaw, then throw them in the M1 to make a delicious fresh strawberry mango juice! I wouldn't go too crazy with the fruit juices as this device is really designed for nuts, not fruit, and putting things in that are too fibrous may ruin the filter screen after a while, but the frozen fruits get mushy enough that I'm not worried. My favorite milk includes cashews (these make it super creamy), oats (also adds to creaminess) almonds, pitted dates, and fresh chunks of coconut - YUM. 1 cup of whatever nuts/oats you want, 3 or 4 pitted dates depending on how sweet you like it, and 3 cups of water... voila~ a couple minutes later you have amazing nut milk with none of the chemicals of store-bought milk, and for a fraction of the price. If you love nut milk or oat milk - GET THIS MACHINE. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and produces the most amazing bevvies.

Awesome machine! I’ve been debating for a month or two whether I wanted to spend this amount of money for a nut milk machine. I make nut milks weekly with my food processor. Got tired of straining out bags of pulp at the end. Food processor also heated the milk which I didn’t like. And having to set the timer on my phone. The Nama is well built for the purpose. Does all the work for you. Quality blade design. Powerful machine. Quick, simple and clean process! The quality of the product should last for years. 👍👍👍👍👍
