Great Relief After a Long Day at the Computer
I use these eye drops after spending the entire day working in front of my computer while wearing my glasses, and they provide excellent relief. They quickly soothe my dry, tired eyes and make them feel refreshed without any burning or irritation. I also like that they're preservative-free, so I feel comfortable using them regularly when needed. If you spend long hours looking at a screen, these eye drops are definitely worth keeping on hand.

Effective Relief for Dry Eyes, but Expect Brief Blurriness After Use
I spend long hours in front of screens and started dealing with frequent dry, irritated eyes. This Systane product came in highly recommended for something strong enough to actually relieve discomfort, but gentle enough for regular use without preservatives. Been using these drops consistently for over a year now, usually once or twice a day, especially after long work sessions. The soothing effect is noticeable almost immediately. Within seconds, my eyes feel more comfortable and less strained, which makes it easier to keep working or reading. They feel effective without causing stinging or irritation, and I haven’t had any negative skin reactions around the eyes, even with frequent use. For me, right after applying the drops, my vision gets slightly blurry for the first few minutes. It clears up on its own, but it’s something to plan around, especially if you need to look at a screen or drive right away. Another minor issue is the bottle design. Some bottles don’t open smoothly, and when squeezing, it’s easy to dispense more drops than intended. That can be wasteful, especially for a product that isn’t cheap. These feel more substantial than basic artificial tears. They don’t just coat the eye briefly; the relief lasts a reasonable amount of time. Because of the preservative-free formula, I feel comfortable using them regularly, which helps justify the price, though I do wish the value for money were slightly better given the packaging issues.

The Unblinking Solution
Dry eye is not a glamorous complaint. It is the affliction of too many screens, too little sleep, and the particular cruelty of forced air heating. You reach for a bottle. You tilt your head back. And then you get that horrible blur, the one that makes you look like you have been crying over a spreadsheet. Systane PRO PF understands the assignment. The "PF" stands for preservative free, which matters if you use these more than twice a day, and let us be honest, you probably do. They come in single use vials, which feels wasteful until you remember that a multi dose bottle with preservatives is essentially pickling your eyeballs. The drop itself is thick but not goopy. It lands softly. There is no sting, no medicinal burn, just a quiet, immediate sense of relief that lasts a respectable few hours. Not the greasy film of cheaper brands. Not the vanishing act of the watery ones. A proper lubricating drop that actually lets you blink without feeling like sandpaper under the lid.

Systane Pro PF Triple accion.
In my opinion, Systane Complete PF is better than Systane Pro PF. I have been using prescription eye drops for more than seven years. During that time, I have tried several brands. I'm a senior, and my eye doctor told me that, as people get older, many of them need lubricating eye drops. I also had to learn how to apply eye drops correctly. It took me more than a year to become comfortable with it. At the beginning, only one out of every three drops actually went into my eye. Now, I usually apply them while lying in bed or sitting in a chair that allows me to tilt my head back. I always make sure my hands are clean, and I often use alcohol-based hand sanitizer before applying the drops. Most people who use eye drops already know these tips, but I'm sharing them because there are always new users. I've read comments from people saying they can't get the drops out of the bottle, can't get the drops into their eyes, or are concerned about the color of the solution. For me, Systane Pro PF Triple Action is an average lubricating eye drop. It leaves my vision blurry for more than six minutes. I prefer Systane Complete PF. It also makes my vision blurry, but only for about five minutes. Although it is more expensive, I think it provides better quality. Both eye drops keep my eyes comfortable for more than five hours.

Works super well for really dry eyes
Decided to try the pro PF I’ve been using sustain varieties over the 20 years and I really like him but this one seems to be better for really super dry eyes. It’s more of a thicker lubricant type drop. It’s very nice.
