Best hydration for dry face and skin

I tried this on a trip to Hawaii and couldn’t forget how much I loved it. I’m glad it’s available on Amazon now. Very creamy and rich with solid staying power for moisture. Excellent on a sunburn and especially when straight out of the fridge. I get unscented but the aromas are lovely and not too strong.

My neighbor recently returned with a gift of a jar of this from Hawaii. I immediately ordered more after using it for less than a week. I live in the Colorado high, windy desert where your skin, especially face, hands and feet, dry out tremendously. I saw an improvement in all three areas within 2 days! Especially my feet that get dry and calloused from work in my yard and pasture. No more sandpaper sound at the end of the day as I peel off my socks...wow! My face loves it and it has replaced my daily moisturizer. Rubs into the skin beautifully and this is 56 year-old skin that lived at the beach for 4 decades! I have tried so many different products, but this one is going to be the go-to one for as long as I can get my new, soft, supple hands on it!! :P I did purchase the fragrance free one so that it's not competing with other fragrances and can't comment on the scented version. But, I did purchase the scented Kukui Nut "oil" that they make and I definitely prefer the un-scented. It just is a strange smell to me. The oil though has proven to help my scalp which is very sensitive to hair color and certain hair products. So definitely no complaints about either the Kukui Nut Cream or Oil I've bought from Oils of Aloha. Lastly, I do not feel it's over-price compared to other products I've tried.

Love this cream. It is great for sunburns and dry skin. I found this cream many years ago and still buy it for after sun care.

I really like this cream. I use it on my freckled, 50+ years young face (it would be great as an all-over body cream, but it's a bit spendy, so face-only use is my compromise). My face can dry out in places without cream, but has some spots in the "T-zone" that can get oily. This cream goes on silky, absorbs easily, and does not feel greasy or waxy, plus a little goes a long way. I buy the unscented because I am highly sensitive to perfumes and added fragrances in products, and I feel this product is accurately described as unscented. I am a repeat consumer of this product and highly recommend it. I only wish that I could get a larger size for a reduced price per ounce - a bargain buy that would allow me to use it more liberally. Although I am not reviewing the Oils of Aloha oil in this review, I would like to add that I use it, too, for an after shower body oil to prevent my skin from drying out in the winter. I rub the oil in when my skin is still wet, pat dry, then add lotion. Works like a charm.

This is a nice moisturizer, but not quite as moisturizing as I thought it would be, so if you have very dry skin you may not want this. I like the smell a lot. I can't quite place it, but it smells very nice and light. Almost like a bergamot citrus or something. I have slightly oily skin so I wear day and/or night no problem as a night cream or under make-up during day. I had originally purchased for night, hoping it would be a bit heavier for a night cream but that is fine. Good price, nice amount (will last me 4 months) and is cruelty-free, a must.

I first used this cream while in Hawaii in 2007. We came upon it at a small souvenier shop. The owner of the shop told us story after story about people who had gotten fried by the sun, used this product, and were almost healed by day two. She said that the cream had saved many a honeymoon from disaster after couples were spending too much time on the beach. We all had some sunburn. I bought this stuff, and honestly, it worked like a charm and felt SO soothing on the skin. I purchase a jar EVERY time we go on a beach vacation. It's a vacation saver, because no matter how hard I try, I always get burned by the sun someplace on my body. I'm tan by the next day if I apply this cream. Try it, you'lll love it too. It's WELL worth the price. And, it smells nice!
