I’ve recently gotten into looking after my health a lot more and managing my PCOS symptoms after being so fed up with it all. I was skeptical of seeing any results from inositol but believe me when I say this: it works. I cannot stress this enough, IT WORKS!!! I’ve been taking them twice a day for the past 2 weeks and there’s definitely a difference!! The unwanted body hair takes more than twice as long to grow (in areas like my neck and stomach), I have more energy, and my sleep is better. Please also bear in mind I have also made a turn around in my diet, eating for nutrition and no longer having processed foods, but I just couldn’t be happier that these are helping my symptoms.

I’ve been very impressed with this felt it massively helped my hormones less PMS symptoms. My only concern is that there isn’t much information about the brand who have created these or supply these therefore I have held off of buying more for now until the brand has established itself and more information is out there on Websites such as trust pilot. I hope that they continue to grow and develop the brand.

I have tried different things in the past but this product has been the only one I have noticed an improvement with. I feel more myself, no drastic mood changes during my cycle, more energetic,... Will keep buying, amazing product.

I’ve taken these for a few months combined with other pcos supplements. I am also using weight loss techniques so can’t comment on what the exact reason for improved pcos but I believe combined I have had some relief eg dark skin patches. I will continue to use as it’s better than nothing at all. Pills are quite big but are wrapped in the softer shell so I’ve found them easier to swallow. Time will tell if these are helping
