This is the first brace that actually helps support my issues. I have 4 that are just sitting in my closet and do nothing to help. This brace fits me perfectly and I can feel my ankle being adequately supported. The test will be work, standing and walking on concrete all day. I got a medium and it fit me perfectly, I did measure my ankle as suggested. I not only suffer from Achilles Tendonitis, but several others as well.

I ought to have purchased a smaller size. The sock needs to be tighter. I have a size 8.5 foot and purchased M. Otherwise, the Velcro strap and sock are good sturdy quality.
