Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup (120ml) of butter (softened) and 1/4 cup (50g) of granulated sugar. 3. Add 2 tbsp. (19g) of the cookie mix and mix well. 4. Stir in your choice of add-ins (chocolate chips, raisins, dried fruit, nuts). 5. Drop rounded spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. 6. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are golden brown. 7. Let cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
