This is one of the most versatile bits of kit I have ever bought. The range of movement is so good that it makes light work of changing motors on a shaft for 1 man. Or moving bulky machines into place.

Pff, spin the head and catch the strut coil and push down! Boom, easy! Need to check track bar play but your silly 1 piece pry bar won't reach? Super heavy duty and thick steel. I'm 250 lbs and was hanging off it fully extended and no issues. Does not slip very easily either. I also have the smaller ones and they work awesomely, now just waiting for the bigger one to go on sale so I can have the full set! Also, for the lower a arm, buy the OTC a arm hook. Paired with this, maid it a lot easier to lower the lower a arms on the F150 where you have to lower the lower a arm to get the strut out.
