It tastes like it says what it does. I've not had the water tested to see if it holds up to it's claims. However I've seen quite a lot of review videos and it seems to be above the average apart from a few claiming aluminium albeit they say it's to do with the medium that filters out fluoride. I'm well impressed at the moment as I'm doing the best I can in rented accommodation. I've a tap filter and then put that filtered water into this and I have to say it does taste good !

I’ve been using for a while now as I wanted to give a honest review. Installation of the product was easy to do, instructions were very easy to follow. Size wise it is slightly bigger than I imagined however that being said it’s not a bad thing. It fit nicely in the corner of my kitchen. Materials used to filter the water I’ve had no issues with at all, no mould or anything. It’s not as quick at filtering the water as the cheap filter jugs are that’s being said if you fill it every night before you go bed you’ll wake up to it all filtered. Taste wise, a lot better! It’s a lot softer and smoother I have always struggled with migraines with drinking tap water this is why I got the filter system and since I’ve been filtering my water I haven’t had a single migraine episode. (Touch wood it stays that way) My honest review- worth every penny!

Really impressed with this filter system, had no problem putting all the parts together really easy to set up. No tastes of chlorine, water tastes lovely. 👍

When this arrived I followed the cleaning instructions for first use, but the water didn't taste very nice and had a white cloudy sediment at the bottom of the drum. I had to empty and repeat the process 4 times before the water finally looked and tasted fresh. Now I am very happy with it! It produces fresh tasting Alkaline Water, which I decant into glass bottles daily and store in the fridge. I would have preferred it if the storage drums weren't made of plastic but I suppose it would have been too heavy if it was made of glass. Please note this is a large water purifier so make sure you have the room for it - I keep mine in the utility room next to the sink so I can refill it easily

Replacement equipment, including filters and water stones, are no longer available on Amazon, making it impossible to maintain or use the system as intended. The filtration system is not performing efficiently as described. The filtered water has an unpleasant smell and does not taste well, despite following the maintenance instructions and cleaning the system as outlined in the provided leaflet.

It's a shame there is not a full description of this product plus the health benefits, as it really does sell itself! I am both delighted with the product and service I have received from this Amazon reseller and will be recommending to my friends and anyone else who has an interest in their good health. I first came across an Australian version of this water filter, and thought it was wonderful, but it cost in excess of £300, so I was delighted to come across this virtually identical model.

Buen filtro de agua, el agua no sale con mal sabor, el filtrado es un poco lento, espero que no dejen de vender los repuestos acá en México como el de cerámica que se tiene que cambiar aproximadamente cada año.

I really like the water filter system. Easy to make water. I'm not sure about the alkaline taste, but would recommend.

Ho comperato due anni fa il primo Santevia in Canada dove vivo più mesi all'anno sono stata felice di trovarlo anche qui in Italia così comprato con fiducia posso affermare che é molto valido per la purificazione della nostra acqua e alcalinizzante proteggendo il nosro PH inolte di uso semplice e pratico, lo consiglio
