Studio Ghibli - My Neighbor Totoro - Totoro Dondoko Dance, Benelic Porcelain Japanese Teacup

I use this cup as a drinking cup at work so that I'll get up and walk around every hour or so. It holds about 8 ounces or so, and it keeps water very cold. The walls of the cup are quite thick so it is sturdy. It is perfect for what I need, and I love the Totoro theme. Several people at my office have admired it as well. As at least one other reviewer has commented, it would also make a great pen/pencil cup.

Was really scared waiting for thus mug to come in, I thought it was gonna be a 50/50 weather it was good or not, but it turned out be 100/100. Stunningly beautiful, made in japan, and a great mug! My only issues with this mug is that it gets really hot and dosent have a handle, so you'll want to be careful to not burn yourself when making hot beverages. On the other hand, it also is practical during the winter if you want to enjoy a hot beverage and keep your hands warm.

We got this for my sister-in-law as a secret santa gift. She absolutely loves it. She loves Totoro, and loves the scene when Totoro and the girls are using the umbrella to help the plants grow. She said it does get hard to handle when filled with hot liquid, but she just needs to be more mindful of where she is holding it. The cup itself is very sturdy and well-crafted, and the ink and impressions are clear and beautiful. I want to rate this 7 out of 5 stars.

Absolutely adorable! Perfect size for a tea. The drawings are super nicely done and just overall it’s a perfect cup!

You can add hot or cold liquids into it and it won't burn your hand but you can still feel a little heat. Super cute and no handle but I like that part. Stores very small/medium sized. 🐈‍⬛️❤️🐻🌰 love it!

The Totoro Dondoko dance large Japanese teacup is made of thick porcelain. Boiling-hot tea will not burn your hand, if you hold it properly. It really is porcelain, as can be seen in its translucency, and also by its unglazed bottom (which confirms that it is not made of translucent glass). The artwork is beautifully done, and all of the figures are incised into the surface. I also like the larger-than-usual capacity (350 mL or 1.5 cups or 12 fluid ounces).
