We had it tested at a local Batteries Plus Store. Customer Service was very quick, but only ended up in a back and forth e-mail run-around with little option for addressing the battery failure....customer to ship it back, (battery weighs a lot) they "test" the battery and "if" found to be bad, they offered a 50% discount. Better to just pay for a new battery from a local provider. Would have rated only 2 stars, but the rest of the components provided in the system were fine and performed as stated.
