The manufacturer promised full return of product and failed to deliver. Amazon did allow me to return the machine. Too much money, too flimsy of a machine, and poor poor quality. ### ⭐⭐ Poor Quality, Overpriced *by M***Y on March 13, 2011* I was very disappointed in this $315 item. It was cheaply made and the documentation is a xeroxed piece of paper that you can hardly read without a magnifying glass. Written by someone who does not know English very well. I gave myself one treatment, and it was not even close to the microdermabrasion you get in a salon. I have returned it and will try the NuBrilliance. This is the first time I have relied on Amazon reviewers and found them to be misleading, IMHO. The seller has issued a credit quickiy through Amazon and I didn't have to pay for return shipping.
