These are a great pick-me-up for long days or workouts. The flavor is sweet and tangy without being overly artificial. I love how easily the powder dissolves in water — no clumps or weird residue. I love Alani! It gives me the perfect amount of pick me up during the day when I need a little boost. I usually drink the Cherry Slush and Cherry Twist, but I decided to give this one a try and it’s delicious! If you like the taste of Fanta orange you will like this. As a mom to two littles I love how easy it is to take a pack of Alani and mix it into some water. It takes seconds for it to dissolve! I think the powder packs provides a better value then the cans. Throw one into your purse or gym bag and have one wherever you are!

It gave me the energy and focus in the gym. I didnt felt any itchiness. The flavor is amazing but the packet is more sweeter than the canned version.

The BEST flavor, hands down! I actually prefer to use my 40 oz cup, add water, squeeze some lemon juice in, and then add the Cherry Twist energy stick. Personally, I do one flavor stock to 40 oz of water even though it calls for one stick to every 16-20 oz of water. I don't prefer the intense flavor provided by 1 stick to every 20 oz of water, but to each their own! I have tried some of the other flavors, and this one, still, is the best!
