This is my first neck support pillow. Really comfortable and secure. I was complaining about acute neck pain and at the back of my head. So after going through a few videos by ortho docs and chiropractors, I thought to give it a try. I'm more of a side sleeper and I could feel severe neck pains in the morning as I woke up. I started using this pillow and I could feel some amount of relief from the stiffness n pain. After usage of this for a few more days or weeks, I will probably be able to review it back better with respect to performance. The size is fine for one person. Purchased a queen sized one. The support is pretty good for my head. Overall, worth the purchase.
