This pre-workout last longer then my previous one, it has higher caffeine and creatine concentration. it keeps me focused and active during gym hours. This is a really good product, it also improves blood flow which leads to longer and better pump.

Really good product if you are looking to get a boost for lazy days. I got a solid energy boost and sharp focus from the caffeine and a great muscle pump from L citrulline and arginine I had no tiredness at all throughout my workout On top of that it tastes amazing
