I also tend to have a heavy hand and I wanted to be considerate to training partners. The impact is more cushioned with these. The added cushion under the wrist does help with control and impact…the straps feel great around my wrist. Worth the investment, protect your hands & wrist.

These have been the best mitts I have used so far. I have used a coupe of RevGear and others but this one works well. They fit my hand great and are extremely high quality. I would absolutely recommend these mitts.
