May contain traces of gluten
Very nice, I use it for flat breads as it has a bit more flavour than normal wheat flour, it's gluten free but the package does state it could contain traces of gluten, great for pakoras too, mixed with a bit of rice flour and natural or greek yoghurt

Makes a great vegan gluten free omelette
Makes a good vegan omelette and is gluten free which is a plus for me and could be used for a variety of dishes and baking things if you are gluten free and vegan. There are variety of recipes that this product can be used for and you just need to look online and it also tastes great too. There are a lot of fillings out there that you can put in your omelettes the world is your oyster where this is concerned.

Nice gram flour
I do like most things chickpea, and this is no exception. However I’ve discovered another brand which is just as good and about a pound cheaper at the green logo supermarket. That’s some difference. Had to ditch and switch!

Item good, not happy with Amazon delivery.
The item is good. However, it was delivered by Amazon open in the box which lead to my home being covered in flour upon opening the box. I am not happy with Amazon.
