Giving best performance, just covered with plastic sheet to safeguard from scratches, rest it's OK. Quality product at reasonable price from a trust worthy brand. I am using it for Samsung m06 mobile phone.

Worked well for a few months. But then stopped working. Amazon honored warranty.

Very bad customer service and a disappointing product experience, even though it is from Amazon Basics. I expected better quality and proper support from such a well-known brand, but the product did not meet expectations at all. The quality was poor, and when I tried to contact customer support, there was no proper response or helpful solution. The brand reputation does not match the actual experience. I would not recommend buying Amazon Basics products if you expect reliable quality and after-sales support. Based on my experience, I strongly suggest avoiding Amazon Basics products.

It is fast charging and powerful adapter. It has anti rust pins so that's why it's fire resistant , short circuit and voltage protected.

I ordered this 25w adapter solely for my apple 15 but it froze my phone so i replaced it and now it works fine with apple 15 but it heats up . If you charge for 30 min straight it gets heat up everything else is fine
