Q: Can this do multitrack recording?

This is a mixer and not any type of recording device. This operates on USB and does not have any recording capability built-in. This is used to record multiple sources at one time and make that into one Stereo/Mono audio output that can be used with a recording software, streaming software, or even a live speaker system. You can record the main output via computer, but even then, this will all be one audio stream, not one for each separate channel.

Q: Can I add echo and reverb at to the mic?

This mixer will only do one effect per channel if your are only using the internal DSP. I believe you can input reverb or chorus, etc into a channel along with a guitar signal if your using a guitar processor like a Line 6 brand.

Is this mixer capable of "mix minus" configuration? If so how is it done? I cant seem to get it to produce any audio from the "fx send" port

The is a console I have used before, has very good sound quality, little harsh compared to soundcraft, but soundcraft has become expensive
