Item is good and working well. Noted a slight bent on the downside of metal body. Drum material: Metal Outer body material: Metal Size: Will fit in small space. Non movable (For mobility, stand with wheels should purchase from installation team. It will come in ₹1500/-) Cones: 1. Features: In Quick wash also it takes 51 minutes minimum. In normal wash P01 , it takes more than 1 hour. 2. In softener tray, no provision for water. It should reach the tub bu gravity only. Means, they just given a softener tray as a show piece.

Despite my repeated complaints and requests for assistance, the technical personnel sent to my home have been dismissive and unhelpful. The last service person who visited my home not only failed to address the issue but also displayed a shocking level of rudeness towards me and my family. Instead of acknowledging the problem with the machine, he absurdly attributed the vibrations to the type of clothing being washed, suggesting that placing a napkin inside the machine was the cause. He even went as far as to imply that I should either refrain from using certain materials or stand by the machine constantly during operation. Such a response is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. It is evident that there is a genuine issue with the machine itself, as evidenced by the continued vibrations despite multiple attempts at resolution. I demand that immediate action be taken to rectify this situation. This includes providing a thorough inspection of the washing machine by competent technicians and offering a viable solution to resolve the ongoing problem. Furthermore, I find it deeply concerning that despite lodging multiple complaints over the past 15 days, there has been no satisfactory response or resolution from your end. I insist that this matter be treated with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. Attached to this email are videos documenting the persistent issue with the washing machine, which I hope will serve as clear evidence of the problem at hand. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, failing which I will be compelled to escalate this complaint through other channels, including consumer protection agencies and social media platforms. I look forward to your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution.

Best Price as compare to market offline price. Machine works perfectly fine...first week motor belt sound is there, but it is due to new condition(after some days machine become silent work). Go for it.... Low price best machine

Very bad product, they came for installation it was working and but we Did not check whether the water is coming or not , later when we started using it’s not even loading the water level, I can only dry my clothes in this, waste of money
