I got this as an accessory to my Serious bands. It fits the bands and is easy to use. Its worth getting if you use bands.

Great for protecting the bang while standing on them and for the back when doing chest presses with the 32" bands! Highly recommend!

I think I will need to replace these soon as the exterior is getting a lot of wear from my X3 bar. One problem I have is that the neoprene on the inside hugs the rubber band, so when I extend and release, this band cover gets pulled under the board, defeating the purpose. I would prefer some kind of slippery material that slides against the rubber easily

I use this resistance band sleeve as a foot step for my assisted pull-up rig, works great! Easy setup to swap in lower strength bands as your strength grows.
