I LOVE these for muffins, popovers, flans, mini cheesecakes or pies and puff pastry creations. Six cups fit perfect with sufficient air space in between on a large baking sheet on top of parchment paper for a no oven mess and super easy clean up. I love the fact they hold more batter than ordinary 12-count cupcake pans. These are a must have for bakers who love great presentation!!! You will have fun using your imagination. I always use flour baking spray even though they are non stick since some of my creations get a bit messy. So far with a little TLC getting the top edges away from the rim, all finished desserts have easily popped out. Have fun!

They work for their intended purpose but are cheap thin metal and dent easily.

These are easy, cheap and versatile. They make great popover but also jumbo muffins or tiny cakes. They need to be seasoned soooooooooo well especially at first. Knowing that, go forward and bake.
