Adequate for writing
These pencils are very attractive-looking, but I found the lead somewhat light. Writing with them felt a little scratchy, but they worked okay. The eraser felt a bit abrasive compared to other pencil erasers, and didn't erase completely.

Pretty Calming Aesthetic Colors!
My 11 year old loves these pencils. They sharpen well and erase well. They are sturdy. She loves the calming lavender color and the different designs.
