Best smart ring with no subscription fee.
Best smart ring with no subscription fee. 10 day battery life on charge. Nice features like auto workout tracking and sedentary movement warning. Can also track certain workouts with phone gps in app. Accurate step and sleep tracking. Also, has sleep apnea monitoring. A plus is small ring width making it comfortable to wear. Comes with handy charging case and charges quick. Highly recommended you try.

I love it so far!
Just got my RingConn 2, and so far, I’m really impressed! I went with the gold, and it’s a gorgeous color that matches my other jewelry perfectly. The ring fits snugly and comfortably—I got a size 9 for my index finger. I also really like the portable charging case; it’s sturdy and convenient. I charge it while I shower, and it’s ready by the time I’m done. I’ve only let it get down to about 70%, so I can’t say how long it would take from a completely dead battery. The app is super user-friendly, and I love the sleep tracking feature—it seems accurate, and I look forward to checking my sleep score each morning. I haven’t compared steps or other metrics to my Apple Watch yet, but I plan to and will update my review later regarding accuracy. No scratches yet, but it’s new, so I’ll see how it holds up over time. From what I’ve seen from other users, I’m fully expecting some wear and tear eventually. What I really like: no subscription required, sleek design, and easy daily use. So far, it feels like a solid investment for anyone looking for a smart ring that’s both functional and stylish.

Love This Ring
I've had this ring for a little over a month now and so far I love it. It tracks everything under the sun. From heart rate, to sleep tracking, to stress, other vitals, and even sleep apnea. I wear it constantly and was very surprised by the battery life. It advertises 12 days and I think I got pretty close to that with non-stop use. And it charges incredibly quickly too. The finish is scratch resistant, looks solid and is very durable. The app is also incredibly easy to use and connects very well. The only issue I would say is that the sizing kit that ringconn provides is a tad off. I got a size 12 and it DOES FIT, but I wish they had an 11.5. The 12 in the sizing kit fit perfectly but the real ring is just a touch bigger. Still not that big of am issue though. Highly recommend this ring. OH AND NO SUBSCRIPTIONS!

great data okay app no detail export
I really like the data this ring gives me. I deducted a star for the app. The app doesn't distinguish or allow you to edit for overnight wake ups and keeps overwriting the wake up time it does let me edit. there is no detailed data export so that's also not the greatest. overall. having this for only a few weeks I'm very happy with it. and glad it works without a subscription. on pure aesthetics. I like the way the silver looks on my finger. The ring is very light. not sure about durability yet but hopeful I get a few years out of it.

High quality comfortable to wear
High quality well constructed device, comfortable to wear. It has lots of useful data; timing of the sleep data graph correlates well with known event times, also captures napping events. It provides usefull notifications to get up and move, has very long battery life and is very easy and fast to charge in the battery enabled dock. I have doubts about the accuracy of sleep stages especially REM and awake times. At least awake times don't seem to match my experience. Apnea monitoring is a great feature. In my case it showed no apnea which is expected given my use of a CPAP. I may report more later if i test the effect of not using the CPAP. No annual fee is a great bonus.

Sleek Design, Easy App, Awesome Value
I’ve had the RingConn for a few days now, and so far I’m honestly impressed. The setup was quick, and the app is super easy to navigate. One of the biggest wins for me is that there’s no subscription fee, especially compared to Oura, which charges monthly. I really appreciate not being locked into another recurring cost just to access my own data. The ring itself is also noticeably thinner than the Oura ring. I was a little worried about comfort at first, but I barely notice it on my finger. It’s lightweight, sleek, and doesn’t feel bulky at all. I can wear it all day without that “take this thing off” moment. I didn’t buy this because of any major health issues, I just wanted a simple way to keep an eye on my stress and track my sleep patterns, and it’s delivered exactly that. The insights are easy to understand, and I like that the app breaks everything down without making it feel overwhelming. For the price, I think this ring is a much better value. I purchased the gold color and saved so much money getting the RingConn. Obviously it’s still early, but the ring has worked great so far.

Accurate Health Tracking Without the Bulk — Perfect for Busy Moms
After a couple of weeks with the RingConn Gen 2, I’m really impressed with the data it provides. The ring fits comfortably, feels slimmer than other smart ring options I researched, and gives me the health insights I want without the bulk of a watch. Pros: • ✅ Comfortable, slim design: Much less intrusive than a smartwatch — especially helpful for bedtime routines, bathing kids, or when you don’t want something on your wrist. • ✅ Useful health data: Tracks sleep, stress, heart rate, and more with surprising accuracy. • ✅ No subscription required: One of the biggest selling points compared to competitors. • ✅ Long battery life: Easily lasts well over a week between charges. • ✅ Sizing kit optional: I bought it, but honestly, a standard ring sizer worked just as well. Cons: • ❌ Sizing kit feels like an unnecessary extra purchase for many people. • ❌ Learning curve with the data layout if you’re new to smart rings. Overall: This ring struck the perfect balance for me — slim, comfortable, and packed with meaningful health insights without needing a watch on my wrist 24/7. As a mom, I appreciate that it doesn’t get in the way of daily tasks, and I love that all the features are available without a subscription. Highly recommend if you want health tracking in the least disruptive way possible.

Great fitness ring!
I ordered this fitness ring on July 10th, 2025, so I've had it for about 5 months now. What is making me finally write a review is that I accidentally just put this ring through the wash and you couldn't even tell. No damage at all from being in all that water and washed around with soap. I honestly really enjoy this ring. Pros: -Great battery life -Charging case also has great battery life -Free app that is user friendly and a bit customizable -Ability to track steps, sleep, exercise, sleep apnea, periods, heart rate, oxygen saturation, body temp, stress, and add notes. -With accuracy in tracking for steps, sleep, vital signs, exercise, and stress. -Useful information in the period section, about which part of the cycle you are in and what to expect. -Multiple types of exercise you can track from HIIT, sports, walking, etc. -Sleep is quite accurate I think, and gives you how long in each stage, heart rate variability, temperature, respiratory rate, naps, time in bed vs time asleep, and a subjective tracker for you to make how you feel. -You can track so many things with your period, I love the detail. See attached photos. -Sleek and easy to wear, not heavy at all. -Waterproof!! I wear this ring while washing my hands, washing dishes, accidentally left it in my pocket and put it through the laundry. No visible damage, and no issues with use. Cons: -Sizing is iffy. I ordered a size 11 for comfort but I think sleep apnea tracking would be better if I had a size 10 because it's closer to the skin although too tight for my comfort. -Touted for sleep apnea monitoring but doesn't seem to be accurate when compared to my home sleep test and cpap machine. Unfortunate, but hopefully they hone this tracking aspect in the future. -I haven't been good with remembering to track my periods in the app on top of my written planner, so I can't tell how accurate that is yet. -Poor gps tracking for walks and runs. I will start and end the walk timer for the duration of my walk which could be anywhere from 1 to 3 mi but will only chart that I did 0.05 miles. Luckily you are able to edit the mileage. Overall I love this ring and it's features, which are worth the midrange price tag.
